"Recreating the universe in your image." Nelphean said calmly. "If for one person, then them all, if not phyiscally, but visually or in sound. The world become nothing more than a glamerousless void which is only a variable in a great many variables." Nelphean breathed, "Every dream you can begin to dream can be as real as anythign you have ever scene." Nelphean weaved his hand for a moment, and created a life-sized image of Nailah standing by the fridge. "Is she real, or is she not?" Nelphean asked KHenu, "Its really up to you how real they are, and how surreal you make them." Within that phrase, Nelphean caused the glamour to grow great white feathered wings. "Life is nothing more than one illusion after another for the master illusionist."

His eyes practically lit up as he was watching. Though another Niah was a bit creepy. But comforting at the same time. "And here I got stuck with some electrical powers that are screwing up right now. I would definitely prefer to do that."

"It only took me one hundred years to master illusions, I guess you could try." Nelphean smiled, "Can you read magic tomes?"

"That a long time. I don't think I have the attention span. But I'll try anything once. How hard can it be? I mean if I can make something out of practically anything I'm given and the whole touch reflecting orb gain freaky looks and abilities help some to." Yes he was learning more and more about the powers he had received. Recently he found out that he could actually breath water as well. Lake accident gone wrong. "I can barely read as it is. So that would be a no."

"Oh, that would be a problem. I could audibly teach you magic, but that would only take you as far as a few spells." Nelphean said. "But, if you could read magic, that library over there is very well stocked." Nelphean smiled.
"Imagine, anything you ever wanted just a thought away, and all it took was reading a book." several thousand times

"Sounds way too good to be true." And anything too good to be true, usually was. Or it took an extreme amount of work. "I am a quick learner though. You could still try if you have the patience. But I want to get this," He raised a head to his hand and started scrubbing at his hair with his short nails, soon a blue spark going off from the friction. That was as close as he had come to actually manually producing it since his accident. "Under control first. No sense in letting it stagnate."

Nelphean smirked. He said one quick word as he pointed a finger at Monolith, and shot the behemoth with a lightning bolt from his finger. "I learned that a few weeks ago. Initial study makes later study more effective." Nelphean smiled. Poor kid, not enough experience. "Have you treid adventuring? From experince we learn how to use our abilites to their fullest potential."

"If you ask me I'm in the middle of an adventure by being here. I'm not sure I want to go trouncing around the woods looking for a fight just yet. Not until I do a few things first. Besides I'm cooking up a scheme to get my electricity up and working again...well if you could call it properly working in the first place. But I'm taking in one step at a time, working on absolute ability to focus on one thing at a time first...my mind just wanders with ideas."

Nelphean laughed joyously. "I see that you have the spirit of a perfectionist. Very good. Please tell me you are not thinking of playing with shocker lizards? They are not as fun as you are thinking they are."

"Shocker lizards. That just sounds like something that you shouldn't touch at all. No." At this point he would of pulled out his boomerang from his belt and showed Nel the electricity trapped in the gem that was inlaid into the metal. But Nel couldn't see. So he went for verbal explanation. "When I first got my powers, well when they first started to show that is, I was holding my boomerang. And for some reason some of the energy got trapped in the ruby that's inlaid into the surface. I figure I can tap into that and boom give myself a recharge."

"Are suggesting that you are a battery and touching a large source of electricity would fix your lack of it?" Nelphean translated. "Same thing as playing with shockers, but this energy at least is from you... I think its a bad idea, I can shoot lightning bolts, but I would ne'er allow myself to be hit by one."
Nelphean thought, "Your electricity is sleeping power?... It might work, but you also might kill yourself. If I were you, I would go for it. Being a mage is being a ticking timebomb, you ne'er know when your next experiment will be your last." Nelphean smiled.

"That's the fun of it all though now isn't it?" He smiled and nodded in a considering manner. "It's only hurt me once before. But I figure since it's such a little amount it won't do enough to hurt me. Besides if I don't freak or get upset, it's always harmless to me. Never hurts me until I get upset...or my being an empath gets in the way. Which I guess also results in it."
Khenu was actually more positive about this than he had been before. Nel made it seem easier than it was. He guessed that Nel knew all the risks just as he did but was positive none the less.
He stood from his chair and gave Nel as wave. "I think I should go steal the pie while it's still hot...so to speak. Give this thing a try. Thanks for the talk Nel. It actually helped." Giving Nel another smiled his image flickered once then he was gone.

"ANd people think I can be a good father." Nelphean chuckled, he just encouraged a child to do somethign very, very dangerous that can and will probably kill him. "Life's a b***h then you die."

He took a few deep lung fulls of air. Good thing he hadn't traded in any of his wolf sense, he sure needed them now. He could definitely smell Aurora. She smelled like him but somewhat different. Now how to go about this. Sitting on the room he hid himself behind the chimney and decided to bide his time and wait. He needed a plan, and possibly Idalla. Of course he could always just shift forms and not worry, but that would disrupt his energy flow he had established to maintain this form. No, he would have to do it like this. Now, about that plan.

Saradin's armor gleamed and Soulforge roared as it split the mock life-forms apart as the charged him. Deep in the shadow plane, he was the only source of light and beyond his realm of influence shades dwelled and watched in disgust, desiring only to attack but unable as theyd be only be absorbed into the will of Soulforge. Instead, they sat back and watched Saradin train as the sword itself produced countless targets that rushed at him eagerly. They were by no means harmless however, each with its own manner to kill, all the better to train against. In a couple of minutes, they were all destroyed and Saradin was sweating heavily inside his armor, but not so much as a ding in its polish.
