He was sitting in the corner where no one had noticed him in before until her had stood up and walked over to 'John'. He leaned down to him and whispered, "I can help you..."

John is a little taken aback at the odd gentle-man. He eyes him with scrutiny before deciding that it would be best to respond.
"Oh, can you? Well I'd be much obliged sir. Much obliged indeed."
He stares around the bar, looking at the uncouth fellows who occupy it before turning back to the odd man.
"First...could you tell me where I am?"

"You are in a very dangerous place, wait! Don't look back at them." He blew on his f**, his expression not matching his words. "Don't let them know that you know that we know, you know?" The man opened the door and looked out to the street. "You must leave this place. NOW. And neave, EVER come back you here. It's your life we're talking about here."

A little confused John decided that, as he was the only man who seemed in least trustworthy, to follow the mans instructions.
"Erm...y-yes of course...right away..."
John averted his eyes and rushed out of the pub. He didn't know what "he knew" but was prepared to do anything in the name of self-preservation.
He took a route out of the city and headed into the Jungle. It was dawn and John could see fairly clearly...

"Jack! err John?!" Artemis calls after him as he scurries out the door. "What the heck is wrong with him."

He stepped back into the shadows. "It's what he needs, miss. It's what he needs..." Then he was gone and only the cloud of smoke driffing away in the bar air was his mark that he was even there.

Namie was asleep on the counter once again... She began to drool on her arms as the pub is like her second home. She woke up to only take a swig of rum and fall back asleep.

Ardrick walked into the bar. He was back from vacation and was happy to be home. He walked behind the counter to greet his assisant and see how things had been while he was gone. Everything seemed fine around there.

Jack makes his way silently to chair located in a shadowy part of the pub. Once there he removes his boots and places them upon a chair, in order to signify that this seating is now his.
He approaches the bar and helps himself to whisky, rum and a number of other bottles whose labels he cannot read.
He then returns to his boot, puts them on and relaxes himself into his cosy little corner. He pops a cork out of one of his bottles. Then he pulls out one of his eyes, the glass one to be precise. He brings the neck of the bottle up to his vacant eye-lids and allows them to make a suction around the tip of the bottle. He sits back and allows the alcohol to run directly into his veins.
He then opens another bottle and begins to drink it in the conventional fashion, with his mouth.
Finally he is rendered unconcious, as was his design. Three days as an amnesiac does strange things to a man, especially a man who needs his drink. Jack just so happens to be one of those men.

He sat with a tick cloth rapped about him. His one free hand, which head a f** between two fingures, poked at the pirate which had came and drank himself out who was now asleep in the chair beside him. "Jack? John?" He poked him some more and tipped the f** away when it started to burn and threatened to fall on the pirate's arm. "Wake up you fool!"

Jack awakes to the unfamiliar smell of burning nicotine.
"Eh? Who, in the name of Saint Bernard in a womens corset, are you? And why're ye' wearin' what appears to be bed-sheets?"
He asks the odd gentleman.
"Well, what'ya' want?"
John...nobodies called me John since I was a young lad of six... Jack thinks.

The man suddenly become conserned and leaned back. Slightly the feeling of horror can be seen in his eyes. "Did you go into the jungel? What happened... Jack." He drew in from his f** and kept the bedsheet closer to him.
