Bruce's given me a list of options we can do tomorrow for my birthday and I can't decide! I figure I'd ask what you guys thought sounded the most fun.

I'm just copy/pasting what he is emailing to me (pardon his non-native English): --Breda or Maastricht: This weekend in southern Holland they have "Carnaval", kinda like the feast of fools as in Hunchback of Notre Dame - I have never been to those carnaval thingies before but it involves alot of 'parades', dressing up silly, drinking, dancing and singing (badly). --Amsterdam: incl Anne Frank house (I've been there like 3 times, but the native Dutchman has never seen it) and/or Boom Chicago (we've been there.. it's an American comedy club.. very nice) or a movie at the Tushinski movie theater --Den Haag/Rotterdam: dont know actually what one can do there >.< (So this option is probably out) --Enschede/Hengelo: Go carting somehere or Laser quest + dinner --Hop over to Nordhorn in Germany and spend a day/evening there -Nordhord is a nice lookig city, not big but would be something different from dutch town

The Anne Frank thing sounds pretty cool. But I havn't been there so it would to me... but since you have been there like three times. The Laser quest and dinner thing sounds pretty cool too, but I think the Nordhorn Germany things sounds the coolest to me. Either that... or the Carnaval thing. But thats just me.

My personal choice would be the Carnaval because it sounds like fun...

The place in Germany is actually just over the border, probably 2 hours. And I don't think we'd be spending the night, just the day and evening then drive home.
