Eh, all DCups equipment contains a temporal singularity adjustment monitor. Anything she does can be undone, if she causes too much damage.
To major city groups that is. What she does to Jon may just well stay put.

I'm fairly certain that I have read the whole thing. I haven't seen anything detailing what that exactly does other than that it's one of the last selectable options.
