Saradin wasn't one capable of properly consoling the distraught. Simply drawing one arm around Pheaura's shoulders, careful of her wings, and gave her a weak hug. "The rest of us will miss him as well." Then he released his arm and broker her hold on him, standing. "Now you should go inside for a few minutes, Lady Aurahkah was clearly feeling guilty for what she said. I will tend to Quain's burial."

Khenu managed the two sandwiches within a five minute period, licking his fingers as a finishing touch before taking the plate over to the sink.
He gave Bastet a hug and smile. "Thank you Bastet." Khenu then returned to the table and took a small box from the pocket of his jacket. Opening up, the small tool kit from before was revealed.
Taking out a nail, hammer and Bastet's claw from his pocket, he began to painstakingly bore a perfect hole int he object taking care not to crack the claw.

Pheaura looked to where Aura was standing and motioned her to come outside. Then she turned to Saradin and cleared her throat so she could talk, "I would rather be here for his burial. And...I apologize for putting that death grip on you."

Aura caught the motion and took a breath. Offending angels would most likely be frowned upon by anyone. "Stay here Eclipse." Walking out to the courtyard she stopped a few feet from Phea. "I'm sor-" she stopped and cleared her throat, as she had forgotten to switch her language over. "I'm sorry Phea, what I said was out of place."

"You shouldn't eat so fast." Bastet hugged him lightly then watched as he moved over to the table and startd messing with her claw. She furrowed her brow as she finished the dishes, "What are you doing over there?" She walked over to Khenu and leaned over the table.

Pheaura nodded her acknowledgement of Aura's words, but her eyes never left Quain's lifeless body, "There is no need to apologize. Even I was thinking the same thing about my mother then. Right now what is important is that Quain has all his friends with him. Bring Eclipse out. Quain was rather fond of him."

He looked up to her after the nail had broken through the claw completely. It actually reminded him of a tigers claw more than a little cat one. "Watch."
Khenu then drew out a thin piece of leather, rolled it into a cord and tied the ends. Threading it through the hole in the claw he tied the two ends together and slipped the claw pendent on around her neck. "See, I made a pendant out of it."

Pheaura bent and plucked four feathers from her friend's wings. Two from each side. And pocketed them. She was going to keep these as reminders of all the good he brought to her life.

Aura nodded slightly and looked back to the manor, sending a silent beckon to her friend.
Eclipse walked out slowly, head and ears down a little. Walking over to Phea he nuzzled her arm gently, lifting his wings slightly so his feathers brushed her own. 'He was a good friend Phea, I'll miss him too. He was the only one I could chase around in the sky.' He whimpered audibly and nuzzled her again.

"There's no need to apologize from either of you. Emotions can be difficult to silence, its better to not conceal them." Saradin leveled the shovel onto his shoulder and walked off into the courtyard. "Let's find a better place for Quain's burial, shall we?

Pheaura scrathed Eclipse's head, "He will be missed, I'm sure by everyone." Pheaura looked at the patch of grass in the lawn and groaned. "Aura, look what I did to your lawn. It was so beautiful. I'm so sorry. I promise I'll find a way to fix it." She picked up Quain's body and followed Saradin to find a better spot for her friend.

Aura followed after them both. "It's just grass Phea, it's not important, only grass. No need to worry about it." She stopped for a second and looked at Eclipse. "What do you mean you'll do it?"
Eclipse tossed his head, nuzzled her as he passed her and repeated his statement to her, then went silent over their link as he followed the others, calling Aurahkah along after him.
She shook her head, not quite sure if she wanted Eclipse to do it even though she asked. But she pushed aside her personal problems, dwelling on those of Phea right now.

Pheaura noticed a lovely spot beneath a tree that Quain used to sit in. "How about there? Quain used to sit in that tree and watch what was going on?"
((Hate to cut my end short, but there's a bad storm here, see you tomorrow hopefully. You can continue Quain's burial and one of you can use me as a character to finish this off if you wish))

"Very cool, you can wear all of you treasures now," She blinked and shook her head again. She thought to herself "I must speak to Pheaura later."
"So, have you been learning to control your powers lately?" She smiled and patted him on the head.
