Shin sighed, and rolled her eyes. "Honestly." she growled, tail lashing. Wasn't anything she could do, and so she stood beside Nailah, calmly watching the fight, fingers twitching every once in awhile.

Nelphean said one word, that seemed to be gibberish, then then a sphere rounded over Vik. "No, elf, I think you are out classed."
Nelphean jumped from his seat and landed beside the elf aiming his arrow, and a dagger crossed in for the elf's heart. A rapier dashed out to follow the attack with a slice to the throat of the elf.

Nailah inclined her head. "That was quite nice..." She looked at Shin and sighed. It wasn't much fun being left out of the action but one did what one had to do. She was still worried about Bastet as well. "Are you sure you're all right my friend? Magic can leave quite an impact..."

Feeling very much like a smart mouth she smiled sweetly. "Glad I could be of some help Nelphean. Oh and, the other elf, I should not move right now, doctors orders and all. But then people can not sit by and watch their friend be eliminated can they?" She watched Nelphean work and smiled. Out classed, indeed. Just in case, she had her other sai ready.
She turned slightly to Niah, still mostly watching the scene, "It is just the whole doing something I am not familiar with, more than I am supposed to type thing. It is the usual kind of stuff I get into after all, being too curious. You know, you could always brush up on your fighting skills."

Nailah shook her head. "I have been more sensitive than ever before. If I get involved and loose control...well it won't be pretty." It was one of those times when she hated her 'gift.' There was so much she couldn't do and she hated feeling helpless. She looked at Shin, "You're more than welcome to fight. If you get banged up, I'll heal you. That simple." THen she turned to watch the battle.

The shadow servant beside the elf suddenly leaped up and formed a hole in thin air. He floated right in front of the elf, letting Nelphean jump right into the hole. A second hole appeared, this one was on the roof of the building. With a small crack, it spit Nelphean out onto the pavement. "Outclassed?" The elf gave him a small smile, "I highly doubt that."
((Ultima Citadel)) "Gah!" Sharu suddenly collapesed onto the floor. A nearby member rushed up to him. "What is it, Master Sharu?" Sharu slowly got up, but he was still shaking. "The dispatches...the two trolls....they were..." The member could see what Sharu just by seeing his expression. "No! That's impossible. Those were mountain trolls! They're the largest and strongest of their kind!" "It appears there are unknown factors in this manor. More than we were aware of." "What do you plan to do." Sharu closed his eyes and scratched his chin. "We shouldn't rush into anything. We'll have to watch this manor for a while before we can think up a plan of action. But for this situation..." Sharu let out a sigh, "Call the elite and inform the Lord Ultima. We're going to pay this mansion a little visit.

she barked a harsh laugh. "I'd end up killing the good guys if I did. I can't controll it well enough." she growled lowly. "And I don't have my sword any more, and I won't use the daggers." she said, by way of explaining her absence from the battle.

Nelphean wasn't overly surprised. He just steped through his own dimensional door, and caste several light spells to destroy the shadowmancy. "Illusions on an illusionist? You are kidding right?"
Monolith walked through all of the magical energies unhindered and un bothered.
The elf tossed his dagger at the shadowmancer and leaped beside the elf again and followed through with his primary sword lashing out for the vitals of the range-er.

At the actions taken, Bastet picked up her other sai and was about to send it flying faster than the last one, when Nelphean appeared in the way. Some strength came back and she stood, still leaning against the manor for support. "We know much about power uncontrolled, Shin, it is a good reason for not fighting. You can always train here as others are."

The shadow servant jumped right back into the earth, avoiding the dagger completly. The elf yawned as Nelphean approached. When he was mere inches away, the elf swirled around and stopped the blade with the metal handle of his bow. "You're getting sloppy." the Elf said. His bow was still drawn and the arrow was only 3 inches away from Nelphean's chest. He smiled and released the arrow. Since it was a short distance, it took less than a second to reach Azaireal and missing was inevitable. "You're toast."

The arrow hit Nelphean in the chest and fell to the ground. "Damn that stoneskin... I was fighting my doughter earlier and thought that I need the extra few layers of skin." Nelphean glowed brow momentarily.
"You have no real experience with wizards little elf." Nelphean's sword cut through the bow shaft. "Opps, my magical blade broke your bow."
Nelphean's off hand tapped the elfs neck. "I forgot, I threw that dagger." His hand returned to his side and returned baring another Rapier...
"Where did I keep that hidden?" Nelpehan taunted.
Monolith's Hand came crashing down on the elf.

Watching closer, Bastet's eyes widened and she lowered her head, letting the malice consume her. Adrenaline pumped into her system as she felt the need to fight. No, Nelphean could handle it, elf to elf. She should stay back, but the anger was still there at being no help.

The elf threw himself to the left, avoiding Nelphean's blade. But he was too late to save himself from the Monolith's hand. But the Shadow servant took action. He jumped above the Elf and twisted himself into a portal again. The elf managed to jump through but the Shadow wasn't so fortuneate. A faint scream could be heard as the hand came down upon him. A hole appeared behind Nelphean and the elf stumbled out, panting. "That bow...was reinforced black diamond. You cut through it like tinfoil! What is this?"

Nelphean laughed, "Physics are the first thing you have to ignore when fighting a mage." To illistrate his point, he steped through a door and was behind the elf again, and double thrusted downwards with the pamels of his swords.
"Silly elf, you forgot about magic."
Monolith steped before the elf to flank him.

she grinned. "I would like that, if it would be alright with every one...I have a feeling I will need it, before all this is over..."
she frowned, watching the two men fight.
"They are both good. but he is stronger, I think." she said softly, motioning to Nelphean.
