You make the wish "I wish for a new facility" Using a merchant. They are the only one that can creat a shop. Healer/Medic are the onlyfor making an Hospital. Magic user for the Library. Cook for the food market and Archer for lighthouse.
The higher the Lv of the wishmaker the Higher the Lv of the facility.

No, You get a new one. YOu will have 2 shop but the first one is basicly useless scince it's only at Lv1....Ok, Now I go to bed sweatdrop

Yeah, the evil time zone. I'm living in the most late hour in all NA and maby SA alsow. That make me leave almost always the first.
I've forgot that the Engineer (and maby the profesor but I'm not sure) can make a facility that boost your vehicule stat. And the Fighter/foot soldier build a fortress OR a comand center...I'm nor sure. One boost ATK and the other boost DEF.

Anyway, I had the weirdest dream last night.... Sir Chaos, Sir Eiji, and Lady Areashine were in it, too... eek I can't really remember what happened now, but... We were in a tactical game....that had the story of a new Suikoden.... but it had the battle system of the Tales games....?! That doesn't make any sense....! gonk

No, no. It make a lot of scence! It mean that your becoming crasy! Joke xd
The Acadimi can be made by everyone. It's very usefullfor raising Lv whit it's 50% EXp bonus. If you feed a character using a food item whit a Cook, he will get a 30% EXp bonus and if your reincarnat into a carrot monster (6 thier) then Re-reincarnat into your character, you get 80% EXP bonus forever to that character. So, if your using all that, youi get 160% EXP bonus! Very usefull for rasing Lv.
