Hello! My name is Reality. Why did I join the guild? Because I became a feminist (Well, self proclaimed) after seeing all males in school treating girls like dirt. Because I hate how poorly women are treated. And because I think women need a better stauts. Equal wages. And equality.

Hello! My name is Ryan. I didn't really have pro-choice feelings until a debate in my government class, and then I realized how I felt 3nodding

Hello! My name is Alicia. I really wanted to be part of this guild because I'm pro-choice obviously. I am because there are already so many people out there and so many abused children that I really feel if a woman knows she wouldn't be a good mother and doesn't want a child she has the right to choose to have an abortion. I don't really know what else to say so HI again! biggrin

Hey, I'm Akahata, at least on here. I'm the out-spoken liberal in my family, so I guess that kinda explains why I'm here. Too much of the government sticking their noses where they shouldn't be.

Hello, I'm Fluffy. Thou shalt never know my real name. Except, I'm pretty sure at least two of you do. Bugger, there goes that plan...
Oh well, on-topic time is now. I'm your typical ridiculously-liberal neo-socialist high school student with a severely overdeveloped sense of political rhetoric. I am also suspected to be borderline-insane, though I personally don't think I'm all the way up there. Of course, if I am, I might just think that and not be aware of it, but hey, what can ye do? Not like I don't have a half-dozen other mental "disorders"... anyway, thanks for the invite.

Hallo. Most everything about me can be found on my profile page. I don't exactly support abortion, because I knew a girl who used it as a birth control and that shows how it can easily be abused, but it's still her choice to make. It should always be our choice to keep or get rid of a baby.

HI my name is Genea (ja-nay) I am 17. Im not totally sure about my political affiliation yet, however I do believe that while i don't like the idea of abortion, no one has the right to tell a woman what to do with her own body, especially her own womb. That is something personal and no one but the father should have any say in it.

I'm Helen. I'm 18, a college freshman majoring in special education, proud feminist, lesbian, and Zen Buddhist.
I'm pro-choice because I believe in bodily autonomy, that a woman is capable of making her own decisions, and the "rights" of a fetus don't outweigh the rights of a mother.

Hi, I'm Lex, real name Mel, A.K.A. Screams-At-Trains. My true gender is female. I am a Democrat and a Bush-hater. I am 18, a musician, and proudly gay. I would like to have abortions legal so that women can have clean, professional places to be aborted, instead of [true story]going down dark alleyways and being aborted by someone who has no idea what s/he's doing and whose only tool is a coat hanger.[/true story] This is not my only reason, but it's one of my most jarring. I am eagerly waiting the day where I will be allowed to marry.
Lex

Hi, my name is Shannon, I'm 20 years old, I am engaged, and have been with the same man for three years now, I'm currently pregnant for the second time in my life, I'm an Eclectic Wiccan, and have been for a little over three years, Ihave auburn hair, brown-to-hazel eyes, I wear black eyeliner in a sort of egyptian style, I'm about 5'4, and most people know me as Rebel.
I came to this guild because last year, June 26, I had an abortion. Though I had no ill feelings towards my offspring-to-be, I couldn't afford it at the time, and I wasn't emotionally ready. I'd also been using contraceptives when it happened.
I was 9 weeks, 1 day along. I'm Pro-choice, because I believe every women should have the option about whether they keep their child, carry it for nine months and give it up, or abort; it's a tough choice to make in the first place, and I've had people react negatively because I aborted my child. Usually, it's the religious nuts who react so defensively.
Right now, I am happy with my pregnancy, since I did plan it, and finances aren't anywhere near as bad as they once were.
I hope this gives people a good idea about who I am as a person.

Hi. You can call me Tyshia.
I live in central Florida. I'm still in high school, but I'm almost out. I'm planning on going to college (hopefully Eckerd!) and majoring in psychology.
I'm pretty liberal all-around, and I believe in individual rights. That's pretty much the basis for all of my political opinions, which is obviously why I'm pro-choice.

Hi! Just call me Sheka, I'm 19 and in my second year of college! Hoping to major in animation and visual effects when I transfer. whee
Anyway, I decided to join this guild because I am Pro-choice (duh) but more importantly, I value freedom a lot. I believe our freedom to choose parenthood and our sexuality is continuously compromised by conservatives afraid to change and afraid to accept.
I also joined so that I may be more enlightened by members of this guild and hopefully learn more about being Pro-choice. <3

Hey, I'm Nayva, a stressed out senior in high school. I joined because this is one of the debates about which I am most passionate. I want to discuss my feelings, find out new things, etc--since I can't do so in real life (I tend to avoid this topic to keep from getting into relationship-ruining debates). Meeting new people's always a plus.

i'm ali and i joined this guild because it's hard to find many pro-choicers these days. i'm pro-choice because i know that not every woman wants to be pregnant or a mother. i also know that if abortion was illegalized, women would suffer and die.
