"Yeah... I do..." Vitae held his husband close, "But you're more important me than my responsibilites." He kissed him on the lips, "Don't get me wrong, I won't give up completely, I still have to tend to them, but I'll spend as much time as I can with you without my duties getting in the way."

Olan now blushed, quite embarrassed with Vitae's sappiness, not that it was really a bad thing. "Speaking of duties, aren't there times where you thought you had too much work?"

"Yes, of course... But now I'm splitting some of the resoponsibilities with the nymphs. They shall watch over the land so I do not have to work as hard." Vitae looked around, "They're all around us Olan... And they shall help me keep life on this world."

"Well, at least we don't have to worry about you not getting enough sleep." Olan said, and then he glanced at the forest. "Timiki sure is taking her time."

"Shall we look for her?" Vitae asked as he started to head for the forest, "I hink I can locate her... She may be near a lot of feathers..."

Olan nodded began heading to the forest as well. He worried that Timiki might have been attacked. Something seemed terribly wrong.

Vitae walked deeper into the forest. He whistled and birds gathered around him. "Go." They all flew off in different directions and then one bird let out a call. Vitae followed the sound of it,

Olan followed Vitae and the bird's call up until they actually found Timiki. What he saw shocked him, and he was so glad they had decided to look for her now.
Her eyes were tightly closed, as if she didn't want to look at something. Patches of her fur were missing and she was covered in scratches and gashes. It was clear that she had been attacked.

Vitae ran to her and picked her up in his arms. The birds all scattered and he carressed her body, "Timiki..." He examined her wounds and then looked around for her assailant. "I can't determine where they are... but I have a feeling Hades is involved..." He picked her up and took her back to the clearing, "Timiki, do you want to live forever?"
((I forget, did we make her immortal?))

Timiki coughed and looked up weakly. "Living forever sounds nice right now," she replied, and then she cringed in pain. The fox took a little moment to recover. "Those accursed hounds were here again. I really don't know why."

"Then I shall make you able to stop them..." Vitae held Timiki close and then he let her go as her fur started to turn golden and grew in the places it was missing. Her tail grew long and her eyes changed color. Her paws became pure white and two white wings sprouted from her back."There, now you're a divine creature. You'll be able to stop the hellhounds should they ever try to harm you."

As relieved as he was that Timiki was healed, Olan couldn't help worrying about the presence of the hell hounds. What could they possibly be doing here?

"All right Timiki, let's try out your new stuff, try flying." Vitae sat down and waited for the canine to see if she could get herself off the ground. "After that we shall work on other things and see if my godly powers worked." He smiled a little and looked back at Olan, "Come on, let's watch together!"

Olan also took a seat and began to observe the transformed fox. She seemed to have trouble moving her wings, but at least she could move them.
Timiki kept trying to jump and fly, but she still wasn't used to the extra limbs, so she could never stay up long. "How did Pegasus do this?"

"Pegasi are born airborne with the ability to fly so naturally. You however, are not so lucky.... Yet your fur is like my lion's, inpenetrable and I have even made it so thaty our claws cannot harm you so we do not have another repeat of last time..." Vitae walked over to Timiki and helped her move her wings, "You will have to flap them quite a bit at irst to get you into the air, but ater that you will glide on the wind and barely have to lap them."
