Ashriel, rather saddened by the idea of their plane being torn apart, set aside the book for the moment, marking her place carefully. She took a deep breath, blinking a few times to readjust her eyes; it had taken a lot of focus to read the older Fae language.

"I see you found the library." Said a smooth, feminine voice from the door. It was the woman with blue skin and clothes of frost.

Ashriel looked at the woman, surprised. "Yes, I did." She answered softly.

Ashriel nodded. "I was surprised how many books it had written in the Fae language." Ash said happily, setting the book she had been reading aside as she looked at the woman.

"Lord Valus used to visit the Fae quite a bit. He was an emissary from the Abyss to the Fae back then." The woman explained.

Ashriel blinked. "Really? He was? I guess I had not realized someone did that." Ash said softly, glancing at her book for a moment.

Ashriel nodded, taking deep breaths as she sat there. "I did not even know there were demons under Valus took me..." She said softly, looking at the woman.

Ashriel looked at woman softly, not expecting the woman to come closer. After all, Ash was shedding ashes and the woman was made of ice. "Well, I learned that the Fae apparently had monarchs...and that we did not always live where I thought we did."

The woman nodded, "True, the Fae monarchs were very wise, except for the last one. And Talos used to be quite beautiful, until it fell apart."
