I didn't used to like it. But I'm getting used to it. The shops are much better. Its starting to load a bit faster too, which is nice. Its almost up to the speed it was before.
Still don't like the fish scales in the background though.
But I don't think gaia is in beta mode anymore.

gonk Ok, I hate it now. The bits that are supposed to come up when you hover the mouse over "My Gaia" "Community" and "Games" aren't coming up anymore. I'm having to go everywhere though the map.

Put it on the HTML version, minimise it with the info button and the nav bar is superior to the old one.

A. Merry Christmas!
B. I like the new layout, it loads faster, it's reasonably easier to navigate.
Though I would like the background to be slightly lighter still, when it started the background was quite dark, which was not nice. It contrasted terribly, it created a slight perspective/dimensioning. Which made the screen look too small.
It's better now, but could be improved still, and I prefered when the Avatar was on the other side.
