Suddenly, Saradin's figure vanished from sight. "I've got to tell someone...!" Ryo rushed back inside, yelling. "HEY GUYS!! WHERE ARE YOU!??" He then stopped, running up to his room to (you guessed it) grab his partizan and his pack, just in case the vile murderer was still about. "AURA! BASTET! ANYONE! WHERE ARE YOU!?" He ran out into the main hall again, hoping to bring some attention to the vile act.

Niah snickered. "An organized thief? I didn't think they actually existed. Turns out I was wrong." She began rifling through the chest. "You know I'm kinda wondering if you stole..." she trailed off and said, "Oh looky here. I found his crown." She held it in her hands for a moment. And then sat it on her head. She pranced around the room and said in her best mocking voice. "I Pharaoh b*****d do proclaim this to be the day of my reckoning. You shall all pay. But first I shall die. Again."

Her eyes almost lit up with horror as she walked up to Niah ans snatched off the crown. "Don't mock the dead! Are you crazy?" She turned away, crown in hand and then checked through the chest again. Out came a matching wrist band and a pair of arm bands. All with his name. "Well we're cut out for this..."

"Oh, you and your morals! I will be glad when they are gone." Suddenly, while she was searching, her ears roatated around as she heard shouting. Alarmed at having ignored the noise she heard earlier, she jumped up and grabbed them both dragging them with her. Pocketing the ring, she dragged them out of the vault and halfway up the stairs. "Something is wrong. Do you feel it Nailah?" Seeing Ryo in the main hall, she shouted to him, "What is wrong?"

"Ryo!? When did you get back?" He said as he approached the corpse on the door. "This is... terrible. Someone help me." Idalla was already beside him, her hand moving before her in the air in a crosses pattern.
"Can do." It was gruesome, but they pried free the nails that hung the entrails in place. "Who would do this?"
"It was Elias, I saw him. But something wasnt right, and hes vanished. Damn it..." Turning his eyes from the atrocity he met Ryo. "I wouldnt suppose you know any more than I about this?"

Niah tilted her head..."No...oh wait." SHe tilted it the other way. "Oh there it is. I got it now. Had to tweak the channels a little bit. I'm still shook up from the last attack. What is that anyway?" She walked up the stairs behind Bastet and tried to peek over her shoulder. Sighing she grabbed Aura's arm and pulled her along. "Come on and it's not that big of a deal to make fun of a dead guy. Plus he tortured you. Severely. Laugh." She then gasped at the sight she saw and felt her stomach lurch.

His glance shifted from Saradin to Bastet, back and forth rapidly in confusion. "Okay, there's a dead man on the front door, nobody has a clue how he got that way, and Saradin's here! One out of three things are good...." Ryo approaches Saradin after announcing the situation. "I haven't any more of an idea than you do. I just got here a few minutes ago!"

Again being yanked along, all the confused Aura could do was merely follow. Coming to stand slightly behind Bastet and Niah she averted her gaze from the sight that greeted them all and held in a scream as she bit down on her lip, almost dropping the gold she was holding. "What in the name of Ra..."

Shin poked her head around the corner, having heard the others yelling and running, certain that wasn't just in her head. slowly walking out to the group, clutching the stone blades sstill, she looked blankly at the corpse and open entrails, before looking back to the others. "who was he?" she asked softly, barely above a whisper.

Her eyes dialated and went wide. "Dead man hanging from the door? What the hell." As she got closer the smell got to her, it was not just a smell of blood, but other fluids. Pulling back some, she adjusted and moved closer, trying to help get the body down. "What the hell is such a desecrated body doing on the door?!" Slowing down and becoming calmer she realized that they did not know, but the one name struck her. "Elias....?"

Niah's eyes were wide and her mouth dropped open. She had nothing to say. THis was a tragedy and she felt herself quickly becoming immobile. She thought of Aura and turned to see how she was holding up. Normally she would have been in a rage taht someone had actually marred the holy presence of the phoenix on her front door. A symbol that stood for everyone there. She gently nudged Aura's shoulder. "She can't handle this...not like this." Niah was an empath and it was hitting her hard. Aura could barely put names and faces together and seeing someone she was supposed to know dead on her front door was not going to help her at all. She looked down the hall and tried to keep the bile from coming up. "Let's go to the kitchen. We can't be much help anyway." She gently grabbed her by the hand and led her shocked and disoriented to the kitchen.

"I mean, nice to see you again, but a bad time for THIS to happen! Saradin, do you know this guy? Possibly any suggestions on who may have done this? Or is this an evil cult's warning or something? Whatever it is, we have to get to the bottom of it ASAP." Ryo looked determined, ready to help in any way he could, especially for a long lost comrade.

From what she could gather in her mind, this was not a common occurrence. That was for sure. Everyone's shock ha multiplied her own. And it didn't help that name and face matched so easily and clicked just fast enough for her to register it herself. Those connections in her head were getting dead ended again. She took a seat at the table, setting the gold in her hands on its surface in almost instructed movement. "Gods..." Her mind was rolling through the past occurrences it could remember, nothing this horrible was matching up or even coming close at all. Her eyes teared up, yet she bit her lip in refusal to cry. Taking a breath she turned teary eyes to Niah. "Why..." She shook her head and closed her eyes. "I hate this....feeling this way...knwoing and not knowing..."

So many questions to try to comprehend at once. "I have no idea who this is... but look at him, and I saw Elias... and." Saradin wretched uncontrollably as the stench filled his nose. "God... lets get him out of here... he deserves a decent burial after this." Saradin, along with Calcryx who remained silent during this, lifted the nearly dismembered corpse and carried it down into the yard. "Someone grab a shovel."
