"Who are you talking about Eclipse?" Came the natural question as he watched his expression change and listened to the sound of his growl. "Just what could you have done Aurah?" Saradin covered he distance between himself and Eclipse, approaching as he would any angry animal. Calmly and focused. "Might you fill me in on some of this so we can clear it up?"

Shin stared at him for a moment, before walking up to him quietly, looking straight in to his eyes, unblinking.
"Elias?"she frowned, not understanding.
"Elias, whats going on?"

"Those symbols. They're the name of a long dead Pharaoh...he only reigned for four years, but within those four years, tomb robbers and thieves were one of his top priorities. Through grave misfortune and mistake upon my part to protect her, he got his hands on Aurahkah. He's the one who put her through months of being beat and raped and tortured. He bragged about catching one of the worst in all of Egypt." His growl turned on Aurahkah. "You say you can't remember that? You have a Pharaoh down in your basement that is probably no doubt him. Oh the nights how you would talk about getting your revenge on him. Is this it? Is it Aurahkah?! Owning his corpse?!"
"I don't know! I can't recall any of that! And if that is what happened to me then maybe it is best that I can't remember it as so!" She crossed her arms and shook her head violently. "Why do you ask me things that I can't tell you the answer to..."

"Calm down Eclipse. You know its not as if she would know right now. And doesnt matter now. What does is Aurahkah. Shes already in the worst situation since Ive known her, we dont need you making it worse, clear that up later." Saradin said authoritatively, stepping between him and her. Then he turned back to Aurah and tried to be kind about things. "You have to believe that hes just looking out for you. But from the sound of it, you made an interesting mistake by keeping him here. Though I cant say Im surprised."

Something inside Elias snapped at that moment. He was looking straight into the eyes of a woman that he had known for many long years, but it was if she was there at all. Elias body was spasming, but with every move it looked as though he was turning into two people, one the green snake and the other the blank Elias. As his body convulsed the large Aztec symbol on his chest exploded unto the floor but now it was black and distorted. It was the visual symbol of the the breaking of his mind. "Dawn, Twillight. Why couldn't I save you, there gone, there gone." The blood tears flowed from his eyes like water. "I sent them to hell, I sent my gorgeous Twillight and Dawn to hell. All because of some stpid girl, and her ******** boy friend." Elias screamed as he grapped his hair. Elias stooped moving, he now stood perfectly his eyepatch fell from his face, to reveal the patch of snake skin that had grown there, the snake eye was no longer it quiet yellow, but as black as the symbol that now shifted at his feet, opening into a portal darker than the deepest voids of space, from which emerged the blackest of cobras there eyes blood read and wrapped around Elias body. His human eye was no longer his own either it's once bright red color had been lost, replaced by the white of insanity. All the markings on his body dissaperead, even the Aztec one on his chest. His grayish blue hair grew black as night. As one his face grew black markings, around his eyes and his cheeks they were the marks of his madness. Elias was gone, only madness remained. The cobras pulled him into the dark portal, as a smile of madness spread across his face. The portal dissapeared as Elias sank into it. He was gone, lost forever in his mind broken by his immense sadness. All that remained were the black obsidian daggers, the last trace of his humanity.

Shinga stared , terrified,finding herseld pressed upagainstst the cabneits, screaming. tail wrapped tightly around her waist, and ears limp, she cried, staring at the spo where Elias had been,and the daggers, glingint, as if mocking her. "e......elias........no......." she sniffed, but couldn't bring herself to move, curled up in the corner, wanting to look away, but unable to make herself. "Elias......."

"Okay, let's be hypothetical...say I did keep him here all this time and knew about it and such and that it is the same man, and that I felt my owning him for all of eternity was a nice payback for what was allegedly done to me. He's dead...what can he do? And why aren't you surprised? Am I big on revenge or something?"
Eclipse was trying hard to stifle his anger. "I'm sorry. But you have no idea what was done to him when he died. Anything...spells, incantations, all of that. I'm just saying...anything could happen...you know how powerful and round about Egyptian magic is...well you should know anyway."

She sniffed,rocking back and forth, staring at the daggers. If it weren't for those, she never would have met him. it was stupid, trying to steall those, from a man like him, but she tried anyway, even thoguh she didn't get far. shuddering, she started to wonder, what ifs....if she hadn't met him, hadn't done what she had, would he still be gone? it could have been her fault.....maybe there as something she could have done.....or not done.....she curled up tighter in to a ball, hugging her knees, repeating his name, over and over, like it would bring him back. In her mind, it was a possibility, strange things hap[ppened around them bothe, and more so when they were together. but he wasn't there anymore, and where he went, she couldn't follow. scrabbling over to the bladse, she picked them up, not noticing them cutting her hands as she held them by the bladees, crawling back to the orner, she sat huggging them, rocking back and forth, still repeating his name. bright red blood triskled down black blade, as she squezzed her eyes shut, trying to keep his face in her mind. she lost herself, in the pain, and the rocking, and cried.

"This certainly strikes me as something youd do, yes. You always said you had been very bitter for a very long time. And I suspect youd been hiding something of it still. Eclipse is right, it was an unnecassary risk, but its been done now and theres no sense stewing over it as long as we can fix it. Eclipse, do you know of any way we can find out what he might have set in motion when he died? Some way to get back at people... who wanted to get back at him?"

"I have no idea as to that. And it doesn't make sense that he would wait this long. I mean, we stayed in Egypt even after we got away, and even after he died. We didn't leave till Egypt fell. And she was way angrier then than she ever was, still fresh you know. If he wanted to get back at her...he wouldn't of waited." He snorted into the air. "With our luck it was some kind of curse with a trigger to it. But it still doesn't make sense as to why he would only target her...she wasn't the only one making threats on him..."
Aura leaned back against the wall that she had scribbled in blood on and sighed. Seemed like she was getting information shoved down her throat, and she wasn't liking the taste of any of it at all. Everything they said seemed to pang inside her head though, like a connection was being made then it hit a brick wall and broke. That was just frustrating..."

"Well, we have his body right here. And its probably what effected Nailah too. So, it obviously has something to do with that. I dont think this is how he intended it at first, he would have acted sooner as you said. Something must have changed recently, the trigger you mentioned. But without Aurah's memory we cant find out what." Realizing the intensity of the situation he gave her a way out for now. "Aurah, I still think that if you arent ready for this then you should just get some rest. Weve put you through more than enough for now."

"You think he's messing with Niah too...hm, interesting concept. The time frame does seem right however. Maybe she can help us where Aurahkah can't...no offense Aurahkah...but you know."
Aura nodded to them both and merely pulled herself from the wall, turning from them and started the walk back down the short passage. "I know...I'm not helping any." She gave a short laugh. "And regardless of whether I'm ready or not to deal with this, I'll have to when the time comes. The way you talk about me...seems you all miss who I really am very much."

"Miss? Maybe, but im more concerned with the here and now. Youre still you even if you dont remember me. I'd rather you choose what you want if it comes to it. Even if you become something different. Anyways, we'll be pondering this one for a while. At least until we can clear anything up with Niah. You should just wander around and get to know your manor again, I've still got planting to do." Picking up the stone lid, he slid it back on over the old body and made sure it was in place.

"Its hard to get to know something you can walk around in with your eyes closed and know where everything is. It's not that I don't know it, or that I don't know you or anyone, it's that I don't know the meaning of it all." She sighed. "Maybe Nailah can clear some things up for you...I think I rather upset her earlier. I didn't get a chance to ask, she passed out." She shrugged. Somewhere in her head, she was being told that Nailah passing out was almost common occurrence. But she couldn't pinpoint why. "But maybe you're right...perhaps some wandering would do me some good, bedsides...I should bandage my hand properly. Thank you Saradin...for tolerating me and all." Giving him a final nod she made her way out and up the stairs from the vault. Aimless wandering did have its appeal.
Eclipse pawed the floor once and looked to Saradin. "Despite what she says...she's really frightened right now. She hasn't realized that she can't hide these things from me." He gave a snort. "But no worries right...we'll figure this all out."

"No thanks necassary, I know youd do the same." After Aurah was gone Saradin shared his thoughts back with Eclipse and looked into the vaults that he had come for in the first place. "Its not only obvious to you. But shes also being way to polite. Im not tolerating her, I still think of her the same as ever. If we can, I want to keep as little strain on her as possible right now." After a short excursion through the surprisingly organized storage he found a wide variety of the seeds he needed. And on his way out with the small crate of seeds, he looked to Eclipse and added the last thing that passed through his mind. "Maybe itd be a good idea if we told her that Nialah is an empath."
