"I said leave me alone," Meikin continued, still blushing. She stomped one foot on the ground, causing the dirt next to her to rise abruptly though it had changed into a sharp metal guillotine-like blade. It was, for the most part, an unconscious transmutation combined with conscious telekinetic macro earth bending. In short, she meant for the dirt wall to come up but she unconsciously created a blade out of the dirt as well.
On the mainland in the small town of Featherbreeze, just southeast of the port town that welcomed newcomers into Genesis, is where where Anfisa made her home and spent her days lazily watching the sky and the flower trees. It was easy to spot her snow-colored home in the midst of all the blossom trees. Her pink hair blew serenely with the breeze and the Chanson des Anges laid securely in her lap. It was a nice day outside, but Featherbreeze was often a good place to live. Featherbreeze was a town that was forever wrapped in the loving embrace of spring.

"My my, you're a dangerous little bird aren't ya?" the man mused, moving out of the blade's way in time. He didn't touch the blade but it certainly did look quite a bit sharp. Even when he didn't expect any progress with the girl, she seemed to be able to surprise him. "You shouldn't play with such dangerous toys... You could get hurt," the man continued, still smiling at Meikin though he did let his gaze (though you wouldn't know it stare ) wander towards Izumi.

"I'm not going to hurt myself. I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself, thank you," Meikin told the shinigami in a definite annoyed tone.

Ammy trotted beside Mickey's side, licking her hand, wanting some food.
Midori smiled as she glomped Ammy, though she had trouble walking and getting used to such things. It was like trying to walk on a bunch of bed springs, which wasn't fun. When she wasn't a shinigami, her brother tried to kill her many times, not really noticing that he wanted to kill her though. One time he tried to push her off a bridge into the water as she tried to see what was above the trees. She was also jumping up and down a little paddle, kind of like a teeter totter thing, only more bouncy.

Mickey smiled at Ammy. "I don't have any food, sorry," she said, guessing what the wolf wanted.
Izumi walked at a leisurely pace, not in the front, but not at the back either. His hands were behind his head, and his eyes glanced towards the lake every now and then.
Larissa stood on the shore of the lake. "It look like they're moving," she muttered, making out some silhouttes moving across the opposite side of the lake.

Ammy whined softly as it continued to walk beside Mickey.
Midori rode on Ammy's back, though it was difficult for Ammy to lift a tall person, also it was difficult for Midori to keep her seat on Ammy's back. So they basically both had problems...
"Hey! Ammy! Where are we going?" Issun squeeked.

Midori looked at Izumi, "Yo! What are you looking back at anyways? What's so exciting about the lake?" Midori asked as she observed Izumi.
Issun sighed, jumping into Mickey's hair and then resting there, "Really? Why are we going to the other side again? Just for a nice nature walk?" Issun asked.
Ammy made a waterspout on Mickey's head so that Issun would be washed out of it. Ammy licked Mickey's hand.

Izumi shrugged. "Nicer to look at than the trees," he said indifferently. "Why?"
Mickey smiled at Ammy, then answered Issun's question. "There's more people there. My friends might be there, too."

Shrugging Midori blinked, "Just wondering... Do you have any other friends that might also be in this world?" Midori asked Izumi.
Ammy smiled and then barked happily.
Issun blinked, "More people there? Hey, you know that little bipolar brat person thing? It said that we need to gather up all twenty-two people on this island thing."

"Hmm..." Mickey pondered. "Twenty-two, huh? How many are with us right now..." She looked around and began counting.

Midori sighed, "Really? I think I'd be surprised if another one of the captains came here."

"I counted nine," Mickey muttered. "Well, we'll know when we have twenty-two. There won't be room to breathe..."
Izumi smiled slightly. "Well, the way it'd probably go would be Miki would fall through a portal, Ta-kun would follow her, then Me-chan would follow him..." Izumi laughed a little at the predictability of the others.
