It seems as though we have covered most of the villages filled of these creatures. The king says that they are monsters, but they seem defenseless. From one that talked to me before the others came, she had stated that the princess will return. Little is known of these people, but now it is known that they have a princess. I have acquainted another one who I am hiding at the moment. He says that the progenitor went to sleep before the invasion by the witch that we had burned. It seems as though now things are starting to look up to Kuran. Maybe he does know more about these 'dark pure hearts' than we do. As my friend tells me more information about his kind, I will continuously write about this dying breed.' Apparently there are more scrolls written by this anonymous man, or woman, but this one was found in the library." He said and smiled in his discovery. "It seems like Kuran was still king when the raids began...or at least I'm just guessing." He smiled as he scratched his head and seemed clueless.

Quickly blinking, she thought about what that meant. "Then someone did write about the raids and about the dark pure hearts, but he might have died before he could finish." She had to think of every possibility before getting too hyped.

Mari gained thoughts from both minds as she thought, but it started to give her a migraine. "Not precisely, it's more like...wait, let me see that scroll," She looked at it and to the end, seeing there was a signature at the bottom. "I don't know how to pronounce the name, but I know who it was..." She didn't dare say the name, so she tried to change the facts, "The point is that these scrolls were probably destroyed. Makes sense. It even looks like this one was going to be burned, but it was saved in the nick of time." She pointed out to the edges that looked slightly burned. The migraine slightly worsened but she did nothing. The blinds were shut anyways so what else could she do?

Koku looked at the edges and nodded. "Oh yeah, I see it now. I guess they might be burned after all." He frowned a bit but got right back up on his feet. He smiled and looked at the girl. She appeared to be in pain from the transformation, but he knew that Mari was dominant for now. "So are you still mad about what I said?" He asked, hoping she wasn't. The last thing he needed was his only sister to be mad at him.

Koku smiled and patted Loki on the head, even though he knew it was a bad idea. "Oh, don't be such a sour puss. I think that there still might be some scrolls out there...just in...someone else's hands..." He felt like breaking the news that the senate might have some as well as the vampire hunter society was not a good idea. "But they had one at this school so who knows. There might be more." He tried to think optimistically.

*loki eyes growed red and he grabbed koku's hand and said* do that again and this will happen to it * loki said picking up a piece of paper and turning it to ash with a blink of his eyes then let go of koku's hand and said* i don't care about the scrolls they mean nothing

Koku sighed. "Scrolls mean nothing to you, but they mean plenty to me." He didn't feel threatened by Loki. In fact, he wasn't even afraid. He quickly turned to Mari. "How can you live with Mr. Meaney for so long? He's already starting to annoy me." he was probably too naive...

Mari sighed, ruffling her hair. Today was long enough and she didn't need this to happen right now. "Koku, I forgive you, but you're gonna get hurt if you continue to do that." She said warningly. She didn't want to be suffocated by the walls at the moment with her migraine worsening. "I'm just gonna go on another walk. I recommend you boys play nice." Heck, she didn't know why she was being nice. Loki was a vampire, after all. And Koku has done nothing but cause her trouble. Groaning, she thought, 'I really am just going insane or something,' A part of her laughed at herself, but she figured it was probably Layna.

Koku sighed. She was mad, but she forgave him. He turned to Loki and smiled. "If she gets mad at me again, I'll just blame you, okay?" He walked off into his room and played wall ball.

Koku continued to play wall ball as he thought. Would Mari be okay? The merge is rather painful. He knew himself. She also doesn't know that it would cause a change in her and how she acts. Maybe she would be more joyful. Or more depressed. The possibilities on what will happen to her are endless. he could die, even. He quickly shook that thought out of his head. She was a strong girl. She'll make it through. She wasn't weak any more. He sighed. She would still have to go by Mari, but she won't really know who she is. Koku didn't know whether he was even Koku or Zen.

 Mari rushed into the dorm and into her room. She looked into the mirror and felt herself panic. "Oh god it wasn't just an iPhone mistake." Her eyes were blue! She groaned and plopped onto the bed. 'Just when I thought today couldn't get any worse, it did,' she thought and closed her eyes. 'So what happened. It just ended so abruptly. It feels like nothing has really changed.' she stood up and looked at herself again. She was of course paler, but she figured it had to be from being outside in the cold forest. Her hair was darker, but she blamed it on the lighting in the room. The blue eyes was hard to explain, though. She decided she only had one option. Stomping into Koku's room, she opened his door and sighed. "What happened when you finished the merging of the souls thingy?" She asked, noticing her voice sounded more childish than before.
