 "Um, what do you mean? She's your mom, isn't she...?" Goosie asked, giving Evijan a peculiar stare before starting up her aimless walking again.

'Yeah. We weren't ever super close. Okay, we get on okay, but she used to get pissed off whenever I interrupted any special moments with her, uh, "friends". Which was a weekly occurrence. At least.'

Goosie frowned, not being all that surprised after the way she'd met Evangeline but deciding against saying that aloud. She did, however, find it strange that everyone seemed to have something against their mothers. "Geez, is it normal to have a bad relationship with your mom? Zack had plenty of say about um, his, too," The girl said to Evijan before realizing she wouldn't know she'd met him and said, "Oh--I met him, by the way...um..." Not knowing what to say about him given the confusion Bristan had left her with, she trailed off uncertainly.

Goosie didn't know what to say to that, instead saying, "Yeah...oh..." Remembering the conversation from earlier, she looked sidelong at Evijan and said, "Um...you know that there's probably protection around the office right? Like LGHT? Just he said something about you going to look for info on...GRY? Um...well, if you do, I guess just be careful?" In spite of peeing in her bed, Evijan was still sort of a friend. She didn't want to see her get in too deep over something iffy like GRYNRGY.

Evijan made an odd expression, but did not face Goosie. Suddenly it clicked. Zack? GRY?
You sly ******** b*****d, pinning it on me, she thought, resisting the urge to shake her head mirthfully at her friend's sneakiness.
'LGHT protection, huh? Sounds like fun,' she grinned. 'I take it you're referring to Bluebeard's office?'

"Oh--" Goosie stopped walking, "--You weren't already planning to check there already? U-um.." She suddenly worried that telling Evijan this might've been a bad idea, remembering the reaction Koth had gotten when he'd broken into MK's lab to help her find information on what had happened to her memory.

Goosie tried, frowning and heaving a little sigh, "Well Koth had a lot of trouble with the LGHT when we went to his office before I got sent away, um...if it's back up again, I dunno, just like...I dunno, just be careful I guess, like I said." She felt a bit awkward saying that to a six foot tall half-dragon girl who'd spent the first part of their relationship bullying her.

The girl looked sidelong at Evijan again, biting her lip a bit and furrowing her brow. What did she even intend to do with that kind of power? Shaking her head a bit, she decided not to worry too much about it for now. With Cruix on the loose and people like Raven roaming the facility, this seemed like the least of the catastrophes waiting to happen. "I bet the laundry's done by now." She said after a moment, stopping and turning to start back.
