I know that Phantom does not want there to be a whole s**t load of NPCs. Due to our lack of numbers, I think it's important that we use some main ones though.
I think the list Phantom had a while back starting with President Bobin was pretty good.
It's that time again where I'm constantly daydreaming about the RP. >.>

Excellent, very good news. If that could be set in motion tomorrow I'd be a happy camper, though either way I'll be giddy with enjoyment setting up my D&D campaign so no pressure.
