^ well, just let them know staright out (without totaly bashing them) why you don't want a friendship and how it's effecting you... and besides that, you can't really do much. They may say "you don't mean that" or "I never liked you/I hate you", but you'll get past it... and so will they. Trust me... I've had to do that a few times. It'll hurt for a while, but it'll heal. Just be honest. If they still don't get it, just let them be for a while. They'll need time to absorb it all.
