Rayne's eyes widened at the sight of the apple. "For me?" She said quietly, gaze transfixed on the fruit. Slowly taking the precious fruit from Eris, Rayne gazed at it lovingly. She raised her eyes to Eris, smiling in gratitude. "Thank you goddess for your gift." She heard the two men leave, and gave a wave without turning to them. Breaking her fixation on the fruit, she pocketed it. "Forgive me goddess, but I must also take my leave. It has been a while since I have seen my friends." She smiled, bowing once more, "It truly is an honour to meet you." As she was about to leave, she turned, "I pray we get to meet again."

It was getting to be too much for Sye as another woman appeared. Sye's hands fell to his swords as he snatched them from the ground, but neither Jason, who he saw had also gone for his sword, nor the strange lady made another move after her initial appearance, so Sye merely put his swords in their sheaths, one across his back, the other at his hip. Discreetly, he slipped the golden apple into a pouch at his belt, having snatched it from the ground when he went for his swords. One never knew if something might come in handy. As Sye took another look at the lady, she seemed vaguely familiar to him, but if he had seen her before it had been too long, for the woman in question hadn't a gaze that said she knew him. Of course, that meant nothing. He might've known her without her ever knowing him. But she claimed to be a goddess, so wouldn't she be all knowing? That theory was instantly quashed when she mouthed off about him healing, causing him to wince. If she was all knowing, she should have known that he didn't want that out. Even for chaos, there were better ways to use that had she known. "We'll talk later," was all he cared to reply to Jason for now. He would have to come up with some explanation for it, and he had no idea where to start at the moment. He followed Jason as he announced their departure, walking backwards for a while before turning around. "Do you want to pick up your wards?" he asked the First Knight, meaning the girls that had started this whole fiasco in the first place. He was currently contacting Draco, letting him know that they were fixing to leave. If they were to pick up the girls, then he would have him pick up the girls when he took off to pick them up.
Draco recognized the language that was just spoken. He knew it. It was the language Sye spoke often enough, and he had spent many of his earlier years listening to. He still didn't know what was being said, but at least the strange creature was beginning to speak something that felt familiar. Another creature was approaching the vampire from behind. It was even smaller than the little one before him, and it moved silently as well. Draco's scales rattled at how quietly both of them moved, it wasn't natural. Despite how quietly it moved, the vampire creature still called out in yet another burble of noises, once again delving into the desperately unknown for Draco, and half turned toward the sneaker. The vampire was still watching Draco though. So it wasn't stupid. Draco's attention wavered from the vampire now, and his head lifted slightly, turning away from the vampire and cocking to the side, like a dog that had heard something interesting. He was bored with the vampire anyway. Sye was calling for him, letting him know where he and Jason were and where they were going. It was about time, too.

Muko snapped back to the dragon. "Hey!" He shouted to get its attention, Muko hated dragons-- they all thought they were unequivocally at the top of the food chain. "Where is sye, your either a mute or as educated as a wild animal. Either way, Id rather not start a fight." Muko was getting angry, he could smell Gwens blood.
Morrigan waited, she was curious now. The Vampire, or some odd form of one, knew far too much of her past. She wanted to know why, Babd was yelling in her ear to find out why she could not judge him. The last of the sisters was watching, deep in thought. She seemed to recognize him, she just couldn't remember where from.

Jason didn't look back but he spoke as he walked, "The girls have a caretaker already Sye. The creature that jumped onto the back of the demon I originally was fighting. He was just attempting to get back to them. He should still be around so leave them to him." He moved swiftly and not as silent as others but other then the light patter of his armored boots on the stone he made no other sounds. A few seconds after that statement a bright light shone out from his body and began to fade. When it did Jason was left in his oak colored leather traveling cloak with the hood up obscuring his face from everyone around, his wings had faded away with the light, and though he was glad that the extra weight was gone from his back he did not shrug or adjust his step as he did not want to show the muscle fatigue he had due to his powerful flight maneuvers he had executed earlier. "Perhaps when we arrive at the castle we might get in touch with Atta." His voice trembled lightly at the mention of her name as he had not seen her in many years. He walked gracefully out of the market place and bee lined straight for palace.

Sye wasn't want to argue with Jason. The adrenaline was fading now from his system. He was all but falling asleep as it was. There wasn't much point to arguing with Jason anyway. He didn't know the girls. He had dropped in to protect Jason, not them. He helped them anyway for his comrade. He called Draco over, ready to take flight.
The dragon didn't pay anymore attention to the vampire. He continued to think that he could understand him. Draco dropped for a moment again, before pressing hard on the ground and launching himself into the air with a single flap of his wings. The underside of him was protected from the wind generated by his launch, but around him the wind pushed like a hurricane. The effort he used to launch himself, however, caused the ground under his feet to shatter like a small earthquake. The girls were now exposed, and the indention left by the dragon suggested that they were easily visible from another point of view that the vampire hadn't taken. Draco didn't yet take flight, but leaped forward, his tail being the last thing to leave the ground, over the vampire and the sneaker creature, landing a few feet away from Sye, now without his armor skin and merely in his soft hide. Draco leaned his head down and sniffed at his elf. He smelled heavily of blood, both his own and that of demons and at least one human, and under it all, he smelled of his emotions: pent up anger, annoyance, and trepidation. There was also his smells of adrenaline and sweat. Why did the vampire smell of none of these things? He wasn't left any time to dwell on these things as Sye slumped against his snout. The elf rider was tired and hadn't the energy to keep himself up anymore. He had lost more blood than he would tell anyone. Draco knew of his ability to heal. Having stayed with him as long as he had, it was hard to not know everything about one another. But he also knew it wasn't instant as so many described it. It was only fast. Draco snorted in annoyance at how stubborn the elf could be sometimes. Sye patted him on the nose and spoke softly to the dragon. He couldn't understand the words, but he understood the intent. The vampire could certainly take a few lessons from Sye. Draco rose back to his full height and grabbed Sye in his forward claw before launching into the air again. The force he had used before to launch off the ground wasn't anything to what he used this time, and a solid thump sounded through the ground, along with some minor shaking as he rose into the sky. *Exit Sye and Draco to Palace Courtyard.*

Muko quickly approached the girls. He tried not to let his emotions show, but he was anxious. He stood so that he would be between the winds that the dragon caused, he did not wish for either to be buffeted anymore. He quickly took his sword in hand and turned slightly so the women was in sight. "Stay there, you take one step towards these girls and I will consider it a threat." Muko had too much to do. First he needed to fix the issues with the thieves, they needed some leader ship and Muko had been running the day to day of the faction for years. Then he would find Draka, he needed a lesson beat into him. Than he would fix mercy, and quickly fix the infestation that was the demons.
A quick glance told him everything he needed to know about his girls, they were not mortally wounded. "Leara, can you carry Gwen?" He said out of the side of his mouth. He knew who the women before him was, he knew the bond she carried, and he did not wish one of them recognizing him. He was also surprised anyone had fixed the amulet. He had destroyed it, separated it, and hid it across the world. Not only would each piece be needed to be together, but a certain type of person would be needed to bind them. This was bad.
Morrigan watched as the creature momentarily fussed over the girls, the strong winds from the dragon did nothing but violently wave her hair. Each of the Avatars knew there was something about this creature that seemed familiar. But none could put their finger on it, so they would wait. Slowly backing up Morrigan retreated back to the Haven where their charge would be safe.
When Morrigan left Muko led the girls away, to where they would be safest-- his cottage. With sword in hand and senses on full alert, he led them away from the destruction.

Leara sighed bending over to grab Leara and hoisted her up as best she could. She wasn't weak as far as elvish girls are concerned, Muko had made sure of that. but the plate shoulders made it awkward to carry her slightly smaller sibling. "She is going to hate herself when she wakes. "

Muko nodded in agreement, she would be embarrassed. But that was fine, her first time in actual combat had not been perfect but it would serve as a reminder. No matter how good she was, she still had a lot to learn-- and there were many more that far succeeded her strength. *Exit to Mukos Cottage*

Leara entered the same area they had originally been caught fighting in upon the back of a demon. As it bound in and slid to a stop many of the humans only trying to clean up the mess scattered ino ally's and buildings for fear of a second attack. Leara patted the demon issuing the command for it to stay put as she worked. Leara opened her book lightly searching the pages for the correct spell. She noted out of the corner of her eye as humans chanced glances of her and her pet from around corners or pulled blinds. She was told not to dew so much attention but in this case she wanted to get the task done and be off. She clapped the book shut and uttered the words her eyes flashing bright for a second. The sword would echo back to her and her alone. but the spell was new to her as she didn't often need to search for lots things. Who knows what else would echo back.

Alleon sat on a former store's support beam as he wrestled a nail out of his boot. He had been rather lucky with it, and it had gone directly between his toes. But it was still frustrating him now, refusing his efforts to remove it. Scowling he spoke a single word using a strange language that none of this plane of existence would understand, and instantly the nail turned to little more than particulates in the wind. "Better," he muttered as he repaired the hole in his sole with a small hand gesture. He wondered what had happened here. There were still a few buildings ablaze, with a startling array of different creatures attempting to quell the blazes. Debris was scattered everywhere, pulverized and charred in equal amounts. People not so far from him were struggling with a larger mound of debris, and he went to investigate. "What's going on here?" he asked one of the men curiously. The man looked over his shoulder at the half drow and gave a start. Alleon was bedecked in a blue shoulder cloak hanging off of his left side, leaving the right side visible to others. There it was plain to see that he wore a red drake scaled shirt, each of the scale edges turning suddenly to a gold color, and on his arm he wore an orichalum (An orange metal with a purple sheen that displays crystal properties when certain energies are pulsed through it) bracelet that extended from his wrist to halfway up his forearm, displaying no seam, leaving someone oblivious how it might be put on. In his hand he held a staff made out of staron (a gray metal forged from minerals found in a meteorite) that was topped with a dragon's heart stone. He didn't reveal what was under his cloak, leaving the man to merely guess at what it hid. He wore pants of a royal blue trimmed with a mixture of gold and red threads. His shoes appeared to be custom fitted and made from baby seal leather, but that was just a guess, and the man wasn't in any hurry to find out. He had other things to worry about. "Please sir. My daughter is trapped under there. Help me, please!" The man pleaded. Alleon looked it over. It was clear that the men all working together wouldn't be capable of moving the stone. It was simply too large. And whoever was under there probably had a single drop of blood left in their body anyway, so the act was rather a futile gesture. Nonetheless, Alleon turned back to the peasant and raised one of his brows. "If you can tell me exactly what happened here, I will assist you." "Yessir, anything you say, just please help!" Alleon waited. "You may start any time." The man wrung his hat in his hands, "We don't have time for this!" "True, so you should talk quickly." The man scowled and did as he was bidden, speaking quickly, he explained briefly what happened in the square, going over "the blasted dragon what caused this mess" and "The thrice damned demons that started the whole mess" and the part that Alleon found most interesting was "Those stupid harlots that were the center of the whole fight!" The man's description of the "stupid harlots" was pretty apt, describing his sisters in rather a good depiction. "Thank you for your yarn of what happened, good sir," Alleon stated and grasped the man's hand, sending a short spell up the man's arm. "You may save your daughter now." With that, Alleon walked off, the man cursing his retreating back. The simple peasant turned back to the large stone and wedged his fingers under it, attempting to heave it once again. The stone flew like it weighed no more than a pebble, revealing his child safe and sound. But he was afraid to go to her. He no longer knew his own strength. He fled from his daughter in his own thought to protect her. Alleon, watching from a distance, smiled a grim smile. He knew that the spell had already worn off, but it had had its intent. "Don't insult my sisters," he whispered to nobody in particular. He felt the drain of having used too much magic in so short of a time, and took a swig of water from his hip flask. It wasn't enchanted, or rejuvenative, but it made him feel less drained. He'd have to watch his spell choices for maybe an hour. Looking around, he spotted something familiar. His sister Leara's behemoth of a demon, whatever the hell she called it. He usually called it Snuggles though. It was a sight for his weary eyes, and the ugly mug brought a smile to his face. He was on the move in an instant. "SNUGGLES!" he proclaimed as he drew closer, ignoring Leara for a second more before looking to her, "Oh, hey sis." he said, walking up to Snuggles and petting its rough skin, merely allowing his staff to lean against his shoulder as he gave the demon some loving. Something was off about Leara, and he couldn't put his finger on it quite yet. Then it occurred to him, and he instantly stopped petting Snuggles. "Where's your sword?" he asked, realizing that his staff was humming now, confirming that she was using her echo location spell. "You've lost your sword again!?" He couldn't believe that she had lost her sword. He wasn't going to let her live it down either. He threw his head back and laughed at her expense, leaning against Snuggles' hairy knuckles. "Oh this is rich." He gave one last laugh and then sighed. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be so cruel, especially when you helped me find my meteorite," he said, indicating the staff. "I'd help you, but I'm burnt out for the moment." He smiled apologetically, wishing now that he had just used telepathy on the boulder instead of causing the man to become afraid of himself.

Leara watched as her adopted brother approached waiting till he said his hellos to the demon before making her way down. As she lept to the ground she smoothed out her robe and let out a light sigh at his misunderstanding of he event. "Gwen lost her blade. I threw her mine and she was hit. Rather than retrieve it I had to grab her and her blade." She looked at him now with her usual look of disappointment. "You sure took your time."
She turned now paying attention to the spell. She was drawn to a small building just off to the right side of the street. She walked to the door and hovered for a second before knocking. "There was a nasty fight and a rather large dragon, and he is different here. " She was of course talking of Muko who expressions rarely changed.

The ground cleared itself of debris as Leara landed, Al wincing slightly as he remembered his over-extension on magic recently. His head was now burning up and he had a migraine centered over his left eye, making it difficult to see out of it. "There was a murder," he stated to riposte his sister. He believed that they didn't know the truth of what he had done, and he would rather keep it that way for a while. He figured Muko would know though. Currently, though, he found the building standing to be strange. Most of the other buildings had already been knocked down and turned to various forms of dust. Not all of the buildings had been destroyed, but he found this one, the only one standing within sixty or so meters, to be strange. "I know about the dragon. I saw it come in when I was on the road. And some peasant told me about the battle," he said distractedly. "And Muko has a whole 'nother life here. No telling what's happened since... us." He wasn't sure entirely what he was saying. There was something pulling at his mind. And it clicked. "Gwen was hurt?" he asked, his eyes flashing in alarm at the news finally sinking in. He looked around, as though he expected to find her, only to find her missing. "Where is she?" he pleaded with Leara. He preferred Gwen, being closer to his own age, to Leara. But in the end, he just didn't like hearing that either of his sisters had been hurt. Leara appeared fine, but a hurt Gwen... He just felt the need to make sure that she would be fine. He did see the irony in believing that he should protect his sisters when he was the youngest in the group.

Leara looked back hearing no response from the house "She was caught off guard after over exerting herself. Much like you are doing now." The slowed retorts and noticeable exhaustion was something they had worked hard to cover up in training. But being around eachother as much as they were made it more apparent. "Rhendor, knock for me." She stepped one step towards her brother out from in front of the door just as the demons giant fist passed. The door, frame, and most of the wall gave instantly causing an upstart of dust both from the previous battle and the current situation. As the dust settled a frightened human now sat in the corner of the room hugging the sword.

All frowned at her statement. "I am not overexerting myself. I overexerted myself earlier, and now I'm suffering the consequences. There's a difference!" he decided to point out, sticking his tongue out at the older sibling as the giant fist passed right behind her. He felt a little better now that the building was no longer undamaged. But at the same time, he felt bad that the human had to start from scratch now, rebuilding everything. Then, as he looked the human over, he decided that the human probably didn't own the house anyway. The entirety of his wardrobe probably cost a copper, if even that. He probably thought that the sword would fetch a good price. He shook his head. "Probably a kindness to kill him." At the statement, a wet spot appeared on the human's tattered trousers and ran the length down quickly. All pretended not to notice this.
