Hitomi Vedau and Bayushi Kwanchai seemed to have lots of fun at dinner with Zintch, even when hey slyly took some of Vedau's meal while Vedau and Kwanchai debated. biggrin

I think ratlings are cute, myself. They could be like a pet project for the Crane... How to make a ratling pretty..... It would keep some of them busy, at least. xd

What's funny is that in the last set that we rat players got more courtier love than the Crane and Lion. xd

Kotori Ky I think ratlings are cute, myself. They could be like a pet project for the Crane... How to make a ratling pretty..... It would keep some of them busy, at least. xd Yes. The Crane need something to keep their hands full. The other Clans, unfortunately, don't have that kind of time. Serving the Emperor, ya know. biggrin

Crane also serve the emperor, Rennie-chan. xp Everyone does their part... The Crane make things presentable and have the Kakita Academy. Never ever underestimate a Crane... you'll be sorry... wink heart

Yeah, the last time the Crane were bored(Gold Edition) they screwed the Empire up so badly that Daigotsu nearly conquered it. I mean they pulled the Crab off the Wall, encouraged the Mantis Civil War, nearly started yet another fight with the Lion, quietly worked with foreigners against the Emperor, established themselves as one of the big pieces of the Gozoku outside of the Scorpion and Phoenix(and unlike the Scorpion aren't trying to drive them out), nearly got consumed by a cursed sword, fought with the Scorpion in the courts further dividing the Empire(as if the Lion, Crab, and Mantis weren't enough), and......well I can go on for a bit so I'll just stop here.
Never let the Crane be bored. It tends to damn the Empire.

They teach all about honor, then steal from the Crab - my kinsmen - and proclaim very loudly how the Dragon bushi are cowards. When we aren't around, naturally. The Crane serve themselves by putting forth the appearance of serving the Emperor, and no more. 3nodding Everyone knows exactly what the Crane are capable of. And they are quite formidable, in their own way. However, the Dragon, no one's really sure about... twisted

Not when you're being so mean to my Clan. It's not like I go out of MY way to say nasty things about your Clan... crying
I mean, EVERYBODY makes fun of, teases, and openly dislikes my Clan. I am so tired of it. I can take a little teasing, sure. I give it right back... but to have everybody and their Oni teasing us.... gonk crying It gets to be too much after awhile.
(Not that I don't still plan on finding a shirt or bumper sticker with the Cran mon on it with 'Not the face!' next to it...) wink
