Eriandi I once had 106 pages of single spaced, 10 pnt font in Times New Roman...and then my father's computer died, and so did my muse. With the aid of a toaster and warm bathe. Ouch. I'm sorry. Meanwhile, I've been writing a novel for about a month now, out of stuff I'd been thinking about RPing for about a year, and I'm on p16. I really need to sit down and put more in it at some point.

Wizzardman Yep. The brain--paper translation is the hardest part of writing. Well...second hardest. The hardest is trying to remember what your brain made up really late last night right before you fell asleep[all my good ideas come to me at about 2:00 in the morning]. That's what pocket-size notepads are for. If you want to avoid that happening anymore, you buy one of those and from then on, it never ever travels further than 10 feet from your person. It goes in your pocket during the day and next to your bed at night. Write everything down the minute it comes into your brain or you'll forget it. I'm an old pro at that. sweatdrop Eriandi I once had 106 pages of single spaced, 10 pnt font in Times New Roman...and then my father's computer died, and so did my muse. With the aid of a toaster and warm bathe. gonk I'm so sorry. That makes me want to cry just thinking about it.

The problem is, his pocket-sized notepads are always too far away from his bed when he thinks something up. Besides, its hard enough for him to write legibly in daylight.

You know, you'd think you'd be able to do something about that happening.
Guess life's funny sometimes.

Stuff like that happens every day to me... Like why you have to disect a frog! I had to today crying It was nasty... I bet. Poor frog. I doubt it found that mystery amusing. It could be worse. You could be dissecting baby pigs. Or highschool dropouts. Or hoboes. [shudders]
