Ana heard distant barking. She looked around blearily. "Elec? Elec!" She gently let go of Angel and tried to get out of bed. Her legs were still too weak to support her. She managed to crawl to the bedroom wall and pull herself up. Her head swam as she slowly made her way to the door.
Once reached the door she opened it and slumped down to the ground in front of Elec. "Elec...oh, Elec...they got him. They took Sanc." Her eyes filled with tears as she motioned to the destruction in the room behind her.

She nodged Ana's face and then followed the destruction to the window. She couldn't believe something would happen up here, this seemed sureal. She couldn't see out of the window, but Ana wouldn't lie. Sanctum must have been taken out there. Elec rushed out the door, Ana could barely move, she had to find someone to help Sanctum.

Elec rushed out the door, Ana could barely move, she had to find someone to help Sanctum. ((Hehe, Ana really needs a new room. First Alexander gets in, then both Angel and Sanc are taken from it. She must have the least secure room in the building. xd )) Ana watched as Elec ran out of the room. Tears were streaming down her face. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." She felt completely useless. Wearily, she tried to pull herself up the wall again. She couldn't do it. She got to her hands and knees and began the long crawl back to her bedroom. She couldn't do anything for Sanctum, but she could be there for Angel when he woke up. She made it as far as the bedroom wall, before her vision began to swim. She stopped, resting her head against the door frame, and fought back a wave of darkness that tried to engulf her. Once it had passed, she crawled to the bed and used the last of her strength to pull herself onto it. She rolled over until her arm was across Angel's chest. With a final sigh of exhaustion, she let the darkness take her.

She propped herself up on one arm, looking down at him. She put her hand gently on his chest and spoke softly. "Angel? Angel, it's Ana. You're safe now. You're going to be ok. I'm here."

Angelofdeath895 Angel suddenly shot straight up as if awoke from a horrible nightmare. "THE SPIRIT WORLD! THE SPIRIT WORLD!" He had broken out in a cold sweat of panic as his body raced with adrineline. Ana was pushed back as Angel shot up. She barely managed not to fall off the bed. She quickly reached for Angel and put her arms around him, pulling him against her. She gently stroked his hair. "Angel! Angel, you're ok now. I'm here dearest." She continued to stroke his hair, making comforting noises.

angel put his head in his hands. Feeling her warmth against him. "I have to go. have to warn the others." He started to get out of bed, picking his clothes up from the floor. He seemed hurried, even trouble.

Angelofdeath895 angel put his head in his hands. Feeling her warmth against him. "I have to go. have to warn the others." He started to get out of bed, picking his clothes up from the floor. He seemed hurried, even trouble. Ana reached a shakey hand out towards him. "Angel...wait..." She scooted towards the edge of the bed and tried to stand up. She swayed on her feet for a moment, feeling dizzy. She took a breath to steady herself and carefully took a step towards him. "Let me get dressed. I'll come with you." She turned toward the dresser. Bad idea. The world swam and her knees buckled, sending her falling to the floor beside the bed.

Angel's arm struck out quick, catching Ana before she had a chance to hit the floor. He sighed a bit and layed her down on the bed. You rest, but I have to tell the others." He kissed her gently on the forehead.

He kissed her gently on the forehead. Ana looked up at him and gripped his arm. There were tears in her eyes as she used his arm as leverage to pull herself up. "I-I'm fine. Just a bit dizzy." She looked at Angel, trying to hide the fear in her eyes. "Please, let me go with you. What if..." her voice became a whisper. "What if you don't come back this time?" The tears spilled over the edge of her eyes and down her face.

Angel shook his head."I'm coming back, but this is important." He lifted her delicatly into his arms. "But, I don't want you to worry so you can come with." he smiled and heaeded out the door.

Ana slowly opened her eyes. She looked around the room blearily before sitting up. How had she gotten to her room? The last thing she remembered was Angel carrying her down to the lobby. She gave a small smile as she realized he must have carried her back after she had fallen asleep.
The smile faded when she realized he wasn't there with her. A small knot formed in her stomach. Shaking her head, she tried to throw off the fear. He was fine. He would be back soon. He had to be.
Slowly climbing out of bed, she was pleased to see that she had regained enough strength to walk on her own, if still a bit shakily. She headed for the bathroom, showered and changed into clean clothes.
She left a note on the kitchen table.
Angel~ I'm down in the lobby. I hope you get home soon. Be safe. ~Ana
She turned and left the apartment, heading for the lobby.
