Bastet had walked into the courtyard but turned around and walked back inside, "A hard drink sounds good," She went to the bar and made her special mixture, and drank it down fast letting it burn her throat. "Anyone else want one of mine?"

Walking inside with Eclipse in tow, Aura made her way to where Bastet was and took a seat, laughing. "I'll take a chance, hey we've lived through tonight what's one more risk?"

"Sure, I'll try one. Unless you're immortal I really can't die....or something like that. I forget what my mother told me." She tuned to Saradin with a big smile on her face, "You helped me a lot. It is now my turn to help you.....besides you think you've got people coming after you? I'm an angel. If word gets out that I have my wings we'll have an army of demons at the door along with the archdevils that rule the nine hells."

"Alcohol would help... but no. I need sleep more. The fight was draining." Saradin treaded across the yard, towards the building. "Thank you all for your help." He stumbled into the building, silently thanking god for their safety and praying that the next fight would see the same results.
((gotta go... goodnight to you all. going to be hard to sleep... woke up at 2pm))

"Well, I guess it's just the ladies then." Pheaura sighed, "I still haven't seen Quain around, but, Aura told me that Ryo and his son are out. If that's true, then I'm guessing he's keeping an eye on them for me. It just feels a little lonley without him."

Bastet waved good bye to Saradin, and mixed up a few of her special drinks, and passed them around making another one for herself. "This should make you tired, if you arn't already that way."

"Most likely..." She though for a few moments, then brought up what had been on her mind. "So that's electricity that Khenu's producing...Fu was right he is a lightening rod." She laughed softly as she recalled the night before. She then downed the drink Bastet had given her, cringing slightly at it's burning sensation. "For the love of Bastet, Bastet...that's strong."

Bastet grinned, "But you have to agree, it's a good burn." She downed her second one, and laughed at the lightning rod comment. "I need to stop cat napping to I hear more of these conversations."

Pheaura watched Aura's reaction and decided to try a small sip instead of downing it, "Not bad. I rather enjoy it. What do you call it?" Pheaura pasued for a second and thought about Khenu, "Lightning rod....hmmm.....well just don't leave him outside during a storm then." Pheaua down the last of her drink and yawned. "He's going to be a powerful one. We'll have to help him learn to control his powers a little better though. I don't want him bringing down the house. And I'm sure you two don't either. I think I may be off to bed now. Good night and peacefull sleep." Pheaura made her way to her bedroom then and fell asleep.
((Night. I work tomorrow so I need my sleep))

Bastet waved to Pheaura, "Good night, and he's already doing better, but he does still need some help. He used to not be able to control his phasing, now he's proud that he can."

She waved after Phea as well, then looked back to Bastet. "He's rather fond of you Bastet, you know that?" She reached a hand down to pet Eclipse who had been nudging at her arm. "And yes, he'll need training, especially for that electricity."

Bastet looked over to Aura, "You think he's fond of me?" She sighed, "No one's been fond of me for a while. He's just so cute and innocent, I don't know how anyone could chase him away. He fell asleep on me for goodness sakes!!" She played with her glass some, "Yes, I think he can control it though, with a little bit of direction."

"It's just a bit obvious. And he trusts you greatly." She stood and stretched then gave a yawn. "Well Bastet, we've all had a hard day...I think we should get some sleep as well." She gave a wave to Bastet then turned. "Goodnight." That said she walked off and disappeared around the corner.
Eclipse quickly jumped up, licking Bastet's cheek then continued on to follow. 'Night kitty.'

Bastet waved after them, "Good night stalker." She cleaned the glasses they had been using and thought about everything that had happened that day. Finally she decided with a long yawn that she should go to bed as well, and wandered off lazily to her room.

Eclipse checked on Aura once more before managing his way out of the room. He took to touring each hall, sniffing at each door to a room of an occupant, making sure everything was okay, but not disturbing them. That done he had time to think about what to do with himself, whether he would allow synthesis of his spirit or not. Finding thinking about it tedious he laid himself down on the cool marble floors, and took to licking at his feathers in an attempt to straighten them.
