Yeah, that's six degrees above zero. Bacteria that have optimum growth at body temperature can usually continue growing until 4-6oC. At those temperatures their growth is a lot slower though.
No, a rash is usually in one spot. This is more likely a metabolism thing.

Right so basically it'd just be slowed/delayed if there was any growth...though who dies wearing a winter jacket if the body was dumped?

The body will still have heat in its core after the person dies. I have no idea how long it would take to cool. It depends on whether the body is in water or on land as well as the outside temp.

So basically if a body was dumped in "indoor" clothes they'd cool off faster than one killed/dumped with say a jacket or some form of protection. I don't think Inta is anywhere near a pond/river/lake.

Exactly. There is a massive river that runs down the side of the Ural mountains but I don't remember how far it is from Inta. I'll go look.

Right well that's a good dumping spot for bodies. So how's this for a rule of thumb? In the river will be preserved.

Pretty much. There are bacteria that operate at cooler temperatures, even extremophiles that grow in the Arctic region. It would also float so you'd need to stuff the body with rocks or give it cement shoes.
It's called flattery and considering how much interaction you get in the guild, I'd say people like your company.
I have no idea how long it was in there, just hangin out.

Well of course, what type of mob killing would it be without those cement loafers, which I might add compliment any outfit.
...Well flattery is definitely one thing, but most of the interaction in the guilds seems more like normal banter.
It didn't hurt you did it? It'd be rather like the Rake to do such a thing...

Oh and as for the jumper...I was going to post him yesterday but then I was like..."hed just be eating someone at this point" and opted out for the time being.
I should work on the Doppelganger though...after doing some schoolwork.
