Layna sighed. "Thay's what they said. Amyways, I never liked it when you called me princess. I just said I liked you calling me princess so you could get off my back." She said and shoved him a bit playfully. "So Layna it is now." She said and smiled a bit. She felt a small pain as she felt the two souls continue to merge, but she endured it.

Layna took a deep breath. "Mari and I will stop arguing for one. Our personalities will intertwine and we'll become a balance of both souls. Luckily we have a lot in common, or else we would end up rather bipolar. As for who talks, it would be the dominant soul, which I have yet to figure out since she is a fghter and I'm stronger, but neither of us want to fight each other." She thought about it more. "Or maybe it would be like the rest of us, a major mix up of the both of us." She was scared for not knowing, but she acted brave about it.

i highly dougt that you always argue over something layna. a balance i would hope so. i would think your soul would be dominat princess

Layna sighed. "If that's true than Ihave a lot of issues to clear up." She said and rested her head in her hands as she thought about it. "I've been trying to come up with a solution that would be hapoy for both me and her. If I summoned enough power and had all the nutrients of a human body then we could place one soul into the mix...of course alchemy is beyond nmy comprehension." She sighed and continued to think. "So how did you get out of your slumber?" She asked randomly.

a human disturbed my slumber in the cave that i was in, and i awoke hunger but i know what you thinking and no i didn't rink from the human even thou i was thristing for blood badly i controled myself and left the cave to find the dark pure hearts place gone to ruin's. to find out that we became just a story even. now how did that happen *loki said wondering*

Layna inhaled and exhaled, then turned to Loki. "When my parents were killed, there was that issue on how they ended up on the killing list for the hunters. Shortly after you went into a slumber, the monarchy was destroyed and the new vampire ruling, now known as the senate, ordered an execution of the dark pure hearts and their accomplices. They first went after Gene. And they didn't just hang her. They burned her dead body and threw away her ashes. Sudenly, entire villages of dark pure hearts were plundered into raids and executions...and within five years, the entire breed nearly went extinct." She gulped as she remembered seeing it all and watch as young children were slain by the other vampires like they were cattle. "As for me and a few that remained, we went into hiding for a while, but we were eventually caught..." the rest of the story was a blur to her, but there was a part that remained. "They destroyed all proof that we existed, like how you did with yourself. Luckily, the Miharu and Kureiji clan kept the history alive. It went from a true story to a legend to a mere bedtime story withing decades, though."

how cowardly of them as soon as i go into a slumber them attack. it must have been a horroriby thing to see layna.
true story to lengend to a bedtime story *loki signed* we have fallen so much it'll take a long time to rebuild the dark pure hearts. gene.... gene that was the hag wasn't it?

Layna nodded. "She may have been a hag but at least she was a smart one. And this would have happened even if you didn't leave. Gene tried to get me to go into that stupid slumber but I testified and said I had to aid others when the time came." Sje took a deep breath and sighed. "It was only a matter of time until they tried to destroy us."

he held back the my clan being destroyed she must have known i'd fight and i would have turned all those vampires to dust. she held info back from me. even if i have a habit of going overboard thats beside the point. why did she tell you of the attack and not me the progenitor of are breed?

Layna shook her head. "She told me and not you because she knew that you would go a little too overboard." She patted him on the shoulder as though to show comfort. "She also knew that if you did fight, you would fall to Kuran."

kuran i would never be killed by the likes of him. just because he drank from another pure blood doesn''t make him stronger. and i wouldn't have gone alittle overboard i would have went way overboard

Layna shook her head and looked at loki. "Either its been too long or your ego seems huger." She laughed a bit at him and patted him on the head. "Now...how did I lower it in the older days?" She asked herself.

Layna made an overly dramatic fake gasp. "Is that sarcasm, Sir Loki?" She asked, trying to embarass him with his proper title. "Or doyou really think Im funny?" She asked.
