Caterpillar stood up; he didn't think staying in the Looking-Glass forest for too long would be a good idea. "Perhaps we can try the outskirts of the forest; it would be safer there and we'd still be able to hide from... various creatures," He suggested to Mally. Caterpillar found himself in a rather melancholy state at the moment.

Adam and Amelia Amelia sighed and nodded. She felt sad as well. Everything seemed so hopeless. She stood and looked about the clearing, all the pretty reflective leaves all trampled on the ground from the thousands of card soldiers. Amelia then asked.
"Aren't we considered fugitives though? We can't really go into eyesight of any towns that might be on the outskirts."
Adam was cleaning his blade with a rag he had in his side bag and thought about it as well. He had forgotten about the escape from the White Castle just only a few days before. It seemed like ages had passed since then.
((OCC: @Horses, She just was really old. She fell down a few times almost as if her legs weren't working and so my parents figured something was wrong. They took her to the Vet and found out that she had arthritis in most of her joints, that her muscles had atrophied, and that she had several cancerous tumors. Because she was so old (16 years), they knew that she probably wouldn't survive any of the treatments and it'd be more pain for only maybe two or so more years of life, so they felt that putting her down was the best. I agree and felt like it would have been selfish of me to want her to stay alive in pain, but I still miss her terribly. I know she's at rest now though so that does make me feel better slightly.))

Mallymkun Dormouse "What about the White Kingdom?... I thought we only upset the Red. Maybe if they just listened to the story." It was true, that the kingdoms were in an alliance against the Queen of hearts, but maybe if they listed to their story they would be able to help.
Mally brushed some leaves off of her knees as she stood to face the group more directly. There really wasn't anywhere safe to go right now. It was worth a try to confront the only kingdom they hadn't disrupted yet, and after all, it was the White Queen. Although her battle tactics were pretty harsh, she was known to have a kind heart. Unlike another not worth mentioning.

"It is true the White Kingdom may be less aggressive than the Red Kingdom; it would probably be safer there," Caterpillar replied; though he couldn't be sure after all both Kingdoms were allies... however they still would hold secrets from each other. "Though going to their Kingdom would alert the Monarchs of our presence in that land."

Mallymkun Dormouse "Well whats the worst they could do? Take the sword? Without Amelia the thing is worthless. If we explained I'm sure they would help." Any shred of hope was enough to move forward, to figure out the groups next move.

Adam and Amelia Amelia let another sigh as the others strategized. She pulled the sword from her bag and unwrapped it. How was she ever going to restore it? She touched it with her bare hand. The metal felt as though it had a layer of dirt all up and down it. Amelia was sure that if anyone else touched it they would immediately be overwhelmed with its tainted power, but she didn't feel it. She felt some kind of power of course, but she wasn't sure how that would make a difference. Amelia wrapped it back up and put it back into her bag.
Adam stretched. He was surprisingly tired. They needed to get a move on before it got any darker. He glanced at his twin out of the corner of his eye. He saw her taking care of the sword. It sent a shudder through him just it being out in the open, almost like a bad smell, but there was no smell. He shrugged.
"I doubt talking to any of the monarchs would be of any help. I say we take on disguises. I'm sure Mia knows some kind of potion that can change our hair colors and stuff like that. We could go back to the portal house and get some different clothes too if necessary, but I doubt anyone would know more about us than shallow appearance clues like my hat, Mia's hair color, Caterpillar's hair color and so on."
Adam sighed deeply after a moment. He didn't like the idea of not wearing his hat. It was his favorite, it was part of him. It was his essence and his livelihood. Amelia wouldn't like changing her hair color either, he knew. She was actually quite fond of it, but it was extremely distinguished, long and such a bright blonde that it was almost white. Someone would have to be blind to not notice it.

((Awe, Katty gets no disguise except her hat and ribbon. emo ))
Katty noticed the loose end of the ribbon around her neck, dangling over the piece of wood dangerously close to the wheels. She took it off and tied it around her paw blood paw as best she could, but it was still botched on her paw like a bad arts and crafts project.

Mallymkun Dormouse Mally continued to stare off into the distance where the Queen had just left minutes ago. She was already feeling lonely and out of place without the little Kitten and Unicorn. The thought even crossed her mind as to go after them, no matter how foolish it sounded, she was seriously considering it.
She turned back to the group in an attempt to convince them that she must leave, not that they would care much anyways, "I'd truly hate to miss out on dress up, but I have a feeling I should go find Katty. After all, she must be very lonely."

Adam and Amelia Amelia looked over at Mally. She frowned slightly. That would leave her, Adam, and Caterpillar. She didn't like the idea of them being so low on numbers, but she also agreed with Mally that Katty had to be lonely. She dug in her bag and pulled out three small vials. She walked over to Mally, smiling slightly.
"I don't really want you to leave, but you're right. Katty has to be lonely. Take these though, the blue one is healing potion, the green is an energy potion-don't drink more than a sip at a time!, and the purple is a connection potion. When you drink it, for a short time your mind will be connected by mine like Adam and I's are. So when you are ready to find us again drink that. It will be only for a few moments so be careful when you use it."
Amelia pressed them into Mally's hand then put her hands on each of her shoulders. She looked into the girl's dark eyes. and even though she was in her human form, Mally's eyes were still the soulful dark brown she always had liked. Amelia had never been that close to Mally, but when things had been normal, they had tea together regularly, which usually consisted of a loud raucous party that Mally would go back and forth between fighting with Adam and convincing Amelia to take fencing lessons (that she would never take). It seemed like such a lifetime ago.
"Please be safe. We will see you again."
Adam watched the little interaction with an eyebrow raised. He didn't want to admit it but he didn't really want Mally to leave. She was fun to be around and he knew he could trust her skills. He met her eyes for a moment and nodded. Adam knew she would understand. He looked over to Caterpillar, wondering what he would say.

Mallymkun Dormouse Mally was greatful for the thoughtfulness of Amelia as she handed her the small vials. She took the small pile of potions and began shoving them into her pocket, attempting to remember which one did what. The vials seemed to clack together as she moved, but not enough to give away her position.
She smiled back up to Amelia, brushing a strand of hair away from her cheek. It shouldn't be that hard to sneak up on the Queen and her carriage in mouse form. They were moving quite slowly and with the help of Amelia's energy potion, she should have no problem catching up. She closed her eyes to replay watching Katty jump onto the carriage in her mind, she would have to make her way onto the back axel which should be easy.
Mally quickly gave Amelia a hug before turning back to the two guys. Adam was silently waiting and watching the two converse as the Caterpillar seemed to be deep in thought, "Well, until next time Mia, Adam, Cat!" Mally bowed as if to be ending a show, she always liked to make a fun exit if not dramatic.

Caterpillar turned to Mally; he wasn't keen on her leaving them as that would mean leaving them with only three; and the only true fighter to be Adam... but he understood that Mally was worried about Katty and needed to go after her. "If that is what you've decided then make haste; it might be difficult to catch up with them now," He said to her and then back to Adam. "Perhaps your idea of changing our appearences in some way is not a bad one; let us continue to the Looking-Glass House."
