Makoto looked at him with an odd gaze. "It's hard to believe that you're that old, looking at you, you don't even look twenty." She dipped the french toast in syrup before eating it. "I love french toast, thank you for making it!"

"Thank you." Haze said again. "I sorta have to with my job in all." He then let out a small chukle. "Must be preety wierd...I eman you humans always think of me as a skeleton in black robes with a scythe. Must be a bit of a shock that i atcually loko like a 19-year-old."

Makoto shrugged. "I guess so, but I mean if you really think about it, this makes much more sense. The angel of death sounds better than the grim reaper." She smiled. "You must be loads of fun at halloween!" She sarcastically before laughing.

Hazedeth smiled. "Alrighty then." He then grabbed their plates and stood up from teh talbe to wash them.

Makoto turned toward him as he went to the sink. "I can do that, after all you are the guest, plus you made breakfast." I'm not a very good host, I hope he doesn't think I'm being too pushy.

Makoto smiled. "That I can do." She said smiling and walking to the sink with a drying towel. "I haven't met someone as kind as you in a while. The ones I communicate with most are at the baseball diamond, usually to call out for the ball only." She said with a smile and laugh.

"I guess that means we both have something in common." he said as he washed the dishes and handed them to Makoto.. "I really don't ahve any freind my slef...notehr human, nor angel. Being who I am can become rather lonly at times. I would like to rid of this job...but I know that the world needs death. So that's were I'm torn..."

Makoto dried the dishes as they were handed to her and put them back in the cupboard. "Someone once told me, the right thing to do comes from your heart, you should ask yourself what's right and wrong. I never understood what that meant, but now I think I'm starting to." She smiled to him as she skid the towel along a plate to dry it off.

"I guess so..." Haze said. "But tring to decide what's right and wrong in my current standin is a litlte hard. Do I stay with true love, and risk the world falling into choas?...Or do i contiune my job, though I hate it?"
