I don't think it's based on anything, but I don't know. Making a character...well, that depends on preference...if you really like magic, and want a specific magic, you gotta be human and go with that magic. If you want to be a meta-human, you're limited in magic, but you get to be different! You just gotta read all the stuff about magic Writer wrote...you'll get it. I'm not feeling creative, so I can't really help you make a character...*Is not in charge, and is not the right person to ask about this kinda stuff.* Heehee, I got to feel like a newb!!!
