Yvaine opened her eyes, and looked down at the necklace around her neck. At first, she was amazingly happy, and Jackal purred loudly from her human shadow. Then she felt confused, and that the jewel was to much. "Oh, Aurian. It's to much. I can't take something that looks so valuable from you." she said, unaware where it came from as she attempted to mask Jackal's loud purring.

Yvaine's eyes went wide with surprise. "That's-" She was about to say That's all the more reason why you shouldn't give me this, but stopped quickly. She knew Aurian, and new this was a conversation she probably wouldn't win.
She gave him a smile, clutching the stone tightly.

Ro stoped when he noticed the more he built up energy the colder the air got he noticed this by the way the leaves fell from the trees and the water began to freeze ''this is amazing but i wanna train with Gawl now im sure they wont mind'' whistles ''here boy'' Gawl came running to Ro from nowhere and tackled him licking his face ''heel boy heel training time'' Gawl responded by jumping off and standing in front of Ro ready to go

Yvaine instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck, her breath warm on his bare chest. She listened quietly to the soft sound of his heart. Then she whispered quietly, "I love you."

Yvaine smiled, closing her eyes as she rested her head in the base of his shoulder, listening to the gentle drumming in his chest. "What are you thinking about?" she asked, playing with a curl in his hair.

Yvaine stopped, breathless. That was something she hadn't thought about yet, and the question surprised her. In truth, she did love Aurian, alot. But she knew at the moment that starting a family was not the wisest move, given their mission.
"I'd really like that," she finally said, "Someday, when things are peaceful again."
