Quote: And I'll leave you be Circi, if you prefer." "Oh, no. It's ok. Just ignore my rather... crude attitude." Why does he remind me....Not another one.... At least it's not his brother..."Hi." She said back at Vincent. She put the milk away, and sat back at the table. Drinking her milk like beer. God, I can be such a brat! "Where do you come from, Sir Saradin?"

"Hello... Vincent..." Saradin said, choking back his biasd thoughts. "How have things been recently?" The time and the realization sinking in slowly. "But..."
"Sir?" That was one he only got when dressed in armor. Normally he looked more like a bum than anything deserving respect. "I come from a small village somewhere in England. I'm not sure myself, I've spent a lot of time on the road and the town no longer exists. There's no need to give me such a respectful title though, Saradin is fine." Coffee done, Saradin abandonned Eclipse for a minute to get his drink. "Thats enough for you, maybe i a little bit."

He's not all that bad..."Well, It's really nice to meet you Saradin." She said without even looking at him, but with more honor than she gave most men. Maybe he might? No... Baldar hasn't been here... Yet. She thought hopefully.

Riding smoothly over this train-wreck of a thought path that just occured, Saradin took his mug and filled it with coffee before saying, "You should get more sun, people will start to think you a vampire." Taking his short steps over to the kitchen table, he sat opposite corner from Circi. "So, Circi, I extend the same question to you. Where do you hail from? More importantly though, what brings you here?"

He shrugged" Your probably right, I would hate people thinking that" He took another bite form the apple before leaning aganst the wall, his eyes bouncing inbetwene the three of them, a small chuckle escapeing him." If anyone needs me, Il be in my room" With thoes words his form blurred and he was gone, back to his dark little cell, takeing a seat in his chair he went back to reading.

Aura finished off her orange a long time ago. She was now watching Eclipse, holding a short private conversation with him via mind link. Brushing a few strands of hair from her eyes she leaned back against the counter, crossing her arms. Saradin just had to make coffee didn't he? Restraining from said drink was hard, but she was trying to break her current coffee addict streak.
Craving attention as always, Eclipse made his way over to Aurahkah and sat down in front of her. His tail swished contentedly as she subconsciously reached down and rubbed at his ears. "You need to relax some Aurahkah...think any harder and you'll have a break down...well another one anyway." He gave a chuckle and let his wings go slack.

Taking his short steps over to the kitchen table, he sat opposite corner from Circi. "So, Circi, I extend the same question to you. Where do you hail from? More importantly though, what brings you here?" "Well, I come from the South... I think?" She made a pondering face. "Well, I come from a village called, O'Tainith. And I have been on a search for my... my Brother. He's been missing, for... almost two months now..." She lowered her head. The dream... could it be... No.. I refuse!

"Vincent still as usual I see..." Saradin took from his mug casually. "How are things between you and him nowadays?" Giving attention to Circi though as he asked. "I see. Well, if he hasnt passed this way, do you intend to move on? Many who wind up here are stuck, for one reason or another. Beware that the same may befall you." The bottom of the mug shone through as the black drink vanished. "Would you like anything?"

"You know him...he has his days." she sighed brushing a few bothersome strands from he eyes. "They're good...we're getting married." She let the statement lie at that, looking down at her engagement ring for a moment before returning her eyes to the two at the table.

She shook her head.
"I only eat natural foods." She kept thinking about what he had said before. Maybe I should stay here until I know where I am going. Wandering won't help either of us.
She couldn't understand why he was so different. Why? Why did he look so much like...?
She just finished her milk and put the glass in the sink, and sat back down, finally without any food in her hand.

Saradin had been once again towards the cofee when she blurted out the intent, and froze midstep. "Married?" At first he tried to let it sink in, but it merely bounced off his mind like rubber. "Married?" Trying again, the concept fired true and lodged within his memory. "Then I hope he makes you happy." Shaking off that momentary shock, Saradin went to the coffee and to the fridge in order. "I can always make something using natural ingredients. Sometimes its only the proper collection of ingredients thats needed."

Wow.. He's really being nice...
"I would love some juice..." SHe said after a while. She didn't want to get involved with the whole married thing.. It seemed to complicated for her tastes.
She watched Saradin, he was really nice. She couldn't understand why he was being so nice to a Man hating woman.
After w while she decied to ask him the wuestion he asked her.
"What brought you here, Saradin?" She asked slowly, and just a few decibles above a whisper.

Well he had taken that better than she expected. In fact it seemed that everyone was taking it better than she expected...which was odd considering the random opinions of Vincent held by some people. But then it could come down to the fact that he wasn't a vampire...although half of them still didn't know that. Maybe they were just offhandedly accepting it. Great, now she had unsettled herself. "Yes." She merely replied, out of common courtesy. Her fingers tapped the counter top again as they had been subconsciously doing for quite a while now. She needed some air...and some distraction. Turning without much notice she stepped from the kitchen, Eclipse actually following her as well. He was actually right, she'd been thinking too hard again lately.
Padding ahead of her he made his way to her room, shadow walking in and forgoing the door, reappearing next to her in the great hall he looked up at with an object in his mouth. "This always calms you down."
Aura smiled down at Eclipse and then patted his head, taking the silver flute from his jaws, looking the object over for a moment. "Well aren't you clever?" She turned away from him and began to walk off till she stopped at his bark.
"You need this too." He padded around to her again and was holding her familiar turquoise cloak in his jaws. "Don't want you to catch cold."
"You worry far too much." But without fight she took her cloak and slung it over her shoulders, securing it, then headed outside. Out the front though, not the back to the courtyard. Closing the phoenix engraved doors she sat on the front step of the manor, and took to playing a random tune she knew in distraction.
((Gr...brb guys...continue on))

"I've been meaning to talk to Aurah about planting a proper herb garden... maybe see what else can grow." But at Circi's question, Saradin halted for a moment then returned to the task of freeshly squeezed orange juice. "Here? Wanderlust. The need to distance myself from anything of my old lives. But that isnt the start of things. What drove me originally to travel was my crime." But before being drawn fully into the tale of his past as was oft to happen with newcomers, he paid his attention to Aurah, who seemed further off balance than he had been upon recieveing the news she delivered.
