Maxi put his glasses on and took in a deep breath as he looked around the Beach. "Yeah...This is the place." He said sadly.
Suddenly a Mermaid popped out of the ocean and scared him half to death, making him fall in the sand.

Mineko: Dustin pop us right back if these people try anything...

Maxi blinked at the mermaid.
The mermaid crawled onto the beach and got into Maxi's face. "Oh my Goodness! Maxi, is that you?!"
Maxi chuckled and stood up. "Yes, Ilsaera. It's me." He pointed at Mineko. "This is Mineko."

Maxi smiled at Mineko's reaction and rolled his eyes at Dustin. "The weirdo over there is Dustin."
Ilsaera got off of Maxi and scooted over to Mineko. "Nice to meet you, sweetheart. My name is Ilsaera. My husband Kendor is somewhere around here...He is a merman. Maxi, Dear, where have you been?"

Ilsaera turned to Dustin and waved. "Of course not, Dear! You're a cutie!" she smiled and turned back to Maxi. "How have you survived all these years without Rizzo's Medicine in the summer, sweetie?"
Maxi picked himself up off the beach and brushed himself off. "I've gotten by." he grunted.

Ilsaera eyed Dustin and Mineko for a moment before speaking. "And exactly who are you?" Before she could receive an answer, Maxi began to walk down the beach, towards the wooded area in the distance.

Mineko: I'm... *didn't know if Maxi planed to tell them* his roommate Dustins just our ride *runs off to catch up with Maxi*
Dustin: If I'm just a ride to you I'll just stay here! *taps his foot on the sand* hey wait up! *runs after them*

Maxi stopped to stare out into the ocean. "Deja vu." he signed, then turned to Mineko. "So, what do you think of my home so far?"

Maxi smiled. "It's okay. Ilsaera's just protective. She's been that way ever since she found me and Kiora. The reason Silvie stays on this Island is to provide shelter to those who don't have any, she'll greatly welcome you...and even the weirdo."

Maxi nodded and walked Mineko through the woods and into a meadow. He stretched after the long walk and fell back onto the ground. "I'm bushed." he said, getting comfortable.
