~Lestat appeared in the room carrying Alice and putting her down on the black velvet couch.~"Damn you Akito, can't you see I have nothing and no one anymore and not even her you will give to me, selfish, thats what you ae selfish."Lestat said whispering softly to himself.

 Alice was soon awaken, by Lestat's voice "........." She layed still, slightly confused "Im no longer in my dorm..." She made an attempt to sit up

~Lestat looked at her surprised.~"No don't sit up yet, you might still be hurt. And it was too dangerous for you there, I would have commanded one of the Archangel's to bring you here but I don't trust them. Are you fine? You were almost completely lifeless back in your dorm..."Lestat said smiling a bit.

~Lestat nodded, reading all her thoughts as if on paper.~"Yes it's my room, now are you okay, do I get you anything to drink or eat? I might not be able to do that myself but I always have food here just in case."Lestat said looking worried.

 "Like you....I Don't eat" She took the kimono off, and smiled at him "I'll be okay so don't worry alright?" Her smile was warm. Alice didn't like people worrying about her. She was independant, because she was always alone

Alice hid alot of her feelings "Your not a monster....Like me your just looking for a reason to keep going. I Understand how you feel...I know it's hard....And I know thats why you wanted me...Because we relate to each other" She began to understand Lestat "You've been suffering for so long..." She was sad for him

Alice stood up and hugged him "It's okay....you can cry now...Real tears" She knew how Lestat felt about this, She knew it hurt, And she wanted to help him, Thats just the way Alice was

~The sound of metal hitting metal came from the balcony as a black figure was on it for a split second then was gone, the chain Alice had given Akito was sitting on the edge of the balcony with a small note on it, written in blood, it only had two words, "I'm Sorry...", it said

 Alice saw the quick black shadow from the corner of her eye, She walked out onto the balcony and picked up the note and then the chain, reading the note "Was I not good enough for you Akito...." She held the piece of paper tightly to her chest. She flung the Chain off the Balcony and started to cry...
