Sawyer looked at her, a hopeful shimmer lighting his eyes. "We need to get you on land then? Shall I prepare the ship or can your...cat take you there?" Maia coughed slightly, her breathing starting to become raspier. Tori let go of Karen and wiped her face, also trying to stop crying.

Karen slowly stood up and looked at Sawyer. "Which would be better? If I went be myself, or if we all went together?" Karen asked him as she dried her tears. She looked at Maia and then looked away back to Sawyer.
Minty rolled around on the bed she had been sleeping on. She poked her head up and didn't see Karen. Minty than began to roll around on the bed again.

"It's better if we aren't just sitting ducks here...we better move anyways. Where is the place where you need the herbs?" Tori looked at her expectantly while Sawyer redipped the rag in cold water and damply replaced it on Maia's forehead. Sawyer shook his head at his sister. "Someone needs to stay here and watch after her. That vampire could still be after her." Her opened a creak, turning her head towards them. It was hard for her to sleep with all of the noise so she might as well stay awake. "They will be after me...we have to leave." The werewolf smiled bleakly, coughing again. "I can make it a few more hours. I'm a big girl." Tori's eyes shined in admiration at her strength, looking at Karen expectantly. "What do you want to do?"

Karen looked at Tori for a moment. "Well, I heard there is a certain glade in the mountains that holds all the herbs that I would need." She smiled sweetly at Tori. She then looked at Sawyer and watched Maia raise up. "Well, Minty can always transport ya with ease. It wouldn't be tough." Karen said to Maia and then looked back at Tori. "Should we use the ship to get there? Or just go by foot?" She questioned the girl.

Tori answered for her. "The ship is faster! I'll go get it ready," she called this over her shoulder as she ran out. Maia coughed more, the pain from their kicking subsiding. The kicks were usually a giddy thing for Audrey but it just caused Maia pain. Sawyer looked at Karen and smiled. "Thanks...for helping." He didn't make eye contact, just looked down at his feet and glanced at her. It wasn't long before the ship was functional.

Karen watched as Tori ran out of the room. "Well, I suppose we are on our way then." She then looked at Sawyer and smiled at him. She watched as he averted his eye from her gaze. "Well, Maia is in the body of one of my best friends. I just can't leave her hanging in agony, now can I?" She walked over to Maia and looked at her in pain. "Hold on just a little longer, Maia. I'll get ya something that will help ya feel better." Karen felt the ship begin to slowly move.

Despite Sawyer's usually cocky and jerky personality, when it came to talking to pretty girls he was a bit shy. "We'll be out of these shipwrecks in no time. Come, Karen, you need to show us the way." Maia wanted to smile but all she could do was stare for a moment, "Just. Hurry. Up."

Karen saw how shy Sawyer was and smiled a little. She then stepped off with Sawyer, looking back at Maia. "Well, I shall show ya guys then. And Maia, we will hurry up as best we can." She smiled again, stepping out of the room with Sawyer. "I suppose we are off to the helm then?" Karen asked Saywer, as she turned to him.

Sawyer nodded and they were headed out of the wrecks. Maia watched them all leave her in the darkness, and she looked towards the medicines. She sighed, still trying to cool down.

Karen walked towards the helm with Sawyer. She reached it, seeing Tori taking the ship out on her own. She was quite impressed because Tori seemed so young. Karen knew that she shouldn't let appearences judge people on what they can do though. "I can't wait to be away from here and out on the sea. It's been awhile since I have actually been on the sea." She frowned a little after that, because she didn't go out to the sea since the dreadful experience in her past.

Sawyer grinned. "When Diablo wasn't needing me, I was always sailing and tending to the boats. So believe that you're in good hands."

Karen smiled at Sawyer, "Well, atleast I know I am in safe hands." She walked to the window, and watched as the ship moved along the water.

Sawyer looked at Tori as she was twirling around on the bow of the ship and frowned. "Well...we're off I guess. You could always go catch a few fish for Maia. I'm sure she'd love that." He stifled a knowing grin, Maia hated fish.

Karen grinned a little. Her and Maia just started to get along, but she didn't know if that would stay the same when she had the children. "Well, I know Maia hates fish. I don't know if that would be such a good idea." She sort of chuckled as she looked to Tori. "Are we almost out of the wreckage?" She asked her, as she walked up to her.

Once getting closer, Karen could see that it was actually Tori that was pushing aside the wreckage with her magic, using the waves to push them aside. She looked back at Karen and smiled. "Almost!"
