The Doctor continued to press buttons then stopped. His hand hovered over the panel.
"Would you like to go to the planet or one of the moons?"

The Doctor's hand continued to hover over the panel.
"We-e-e-ell, it's always to go down to the planet 'cause time passes slowly there. Thing is, it doesn't affect outsiders. We could litterally take a drink from someone's hand, have a bit and give it back to them before they could react. Or there's the moons where time is fast but that's always dangerous or there's the moon where there's really low gravity. You could actually jump off of the moon if they hadn't built a big glass dome over the entire place."
