i was pretty good! better than everyone else anyway blaugh we only got 9 arrows to play with, but i did pop a balloon that was fixed to the safety netting behind a super scary plastic dinosaur lol there's the balloon, in the last few seconds of its life twisted if any of you get to try archery i'd highly recommend it, it was great fun 3nodding

I like archery ^^ but expensive over here and very few archery groups sweatdrop And the few groups that are available, work with shooting some giant feather bounded on a huge high pole -.-

Hm. Sorry, Raven. I think your English was a little off on that one. Do you mean they work at shooting some giant feather tied on a really high pole?
I'm pretty good at archery, as long as I can use a long-bow (like the one in the picture). Compound bows, with their strange pulleys and wheels... they confuse me. I prefer a straight arrow and a nice, simple bow.
(My fantasy as a kid was to be Robin Hood's secret long lost great-granddaughter or something... but I was thinking of the fox from the Disney movie, not the real guy. *laughs*)

Hey, nothing to be sorry for. ^_^ You can't get better without making mistakes and correcting them. You used the word "bounded" instead of "bound" or "tied". Tied is a better word, since bound can mean both "tied up" -and- "leaping, hopping, or jumping". (By the way, bounded is the past tense for bound meaning "leap and jump".)

Archery!!! Such an excellent sport! Compound bows are interesting, but I'd have to agree with you Kyoki, simple bows are the best. ^_^ Feel more... natural, that way, aye? *points to the picture* Anyway, that's myself and one of my best friends being losers in Hot Topic. I'm the one in the Naruto jacket. I'm afraid it couldn't be helped-- I had to try it on. And it was oh so comfy. I know, I know, Naruto is a sickness. razz Therefore, I must post a less nerdy one. Bleh, so much for finding a less nerdy one. Anyway, here's one at Samhain (Halloween). Couldn't find a better costume so I decided to go as a witch *shrugs* why not? I'm the one in the middle. ^_^
