Giz jumped a bit when she she got the message to report to the Main Fire Control Room. She rolled over and pushed the buttons that would send a reply to the Main Fire Control Room, "Ensign Vallen, on my way, sir." Then she cut off the channel and quickly made her way to where she was requested to be. She arrived a few minutes later, somewhat winded and Giz was still wearingthe one-ear headset. "What is the problem, sir?" As an ensign, she was just about the lowest person on the totem pole. The cewmember showed her the mysterious device that had shocked the Commander. Giz blinked and got down so that she may get a better look at the device, it looked similar to something she had seen before. Perhaps it was a modified version with an electrical defense shield.

"Course it hurts! you tried to remove it like a brute!" Giz said before she could stop herself. She cringed then quickly added, "B-But you're no brute, sir." Yup, she'd probably pay for that one later. Anyways, she thought trying not to think of the brig time, this seems to be based on the old T-95.2A chip with a build up electrical defense charger. "Seems like some one knows how to rebuild stuff and improve on it," she said not taking into account SHE was one of the few people on board who knew how to do what she just described. Giz riffled through her bag and took out a standard issued electrical nullifier, hers just happened to have a few "minor" upgrade she had done herself. She scanned the device and punched in a few figures. Eventually the scans said that the defenses were lowered and it was safe to unwire. "This doesn't belong here," she said as she took out some tools and started to detach the thing, "But the parts could be found in the scrap pile on board. No idea what this does though."

Giz finally detached the thing, "It's possible that it could have been placed there to track and send back data. Or it could be used to hide and erase programs. Or well, anything along the lines of tampering with electronics. I can't tell for sure though, you'd have to hook it up to a system and see what it does." She examined it, turned and stood before she walked over to Korisho. "Here you go, sir," she said handing the device over.

"You're welcome, sir. Will that be all then, sir?" Giz stood at attention saluting Korisho and awaiting her next orders. Hopefully, she wouldn't be suspected of anything. She only happened to have the Jupiter vagrant A.I. on her own personal portable system, something that she "didn't" have. And wasn't suppose to have.
