Guess it must be a California only thing. Here is the site for the really bored ones: 99 Ranch MarketIts more of an asian supermarket, compared to the specific Japanese grocery stores some of you have been naming.

First I was introduced to pocky by my eldest sister, she has a business friend who lives in Japan and he used to send her all sorts of things. Then I moved and was without pocky, but my brother was stationed in Guam and when he came back he brought us pocky! Since no one else would touch it I had it all to myself... but finally the rations ran out and I was once again deprived. Then I realized I could search mapquest and through that found a tiny little asian grocer that was just down the street from me, d'oh.
Of course after all that they built a gaint supermarket called Wegman's, which sells both pocky (almond crush, chocolate & stawberry) and ramune. They also carry yan-yan, but I'll never make the mistake of trying that again.
