Lora looked up from her book, her eyes were getting so tired. She knew she should leave soon and go home but she just couldn't go back there. She shuttered as she thought about home and the events that would happen there. Lora knew if she went home late then things would only get worse. At least earlier in the day they may not notice they she was home. Lora began putting the books back on their shelves, thinking of the hopeless hope.

She wished to take books home but knew her parent's would destroy them saying it was a waist of her time. She frowned as she headed out the door of the library. She was finally leaving the only peace she would have today. Hopefully things wouldn't get too bad at home. Lora had finally reached the bottom of the steps to the library and slowly did her walk back to her house.
