I think what makes Pink Floyd so amazing is the fact that they write songs about things we usually don't think about. And it's their incredible style that also has a hand in it as well.

Well it depends what 'era' of pink floyd your talking about there was the time of syd barret and then roger waters and when roger waters was gone, there was david gilmour

I didnt say they werent. stare When Syd 'went nutty' he was replaced by David Gilmour, but Roger Waters became the 'head of the band' Then when Roger Waters left, David Gilmour became the 'head'

A person could never ask me to name my favorite album.
I love them all for different reasons, and since they're all do different, that makes it harder to chose.

They are one of my favorite bands. I was watching Pink Floyd- The Wall, (The movie) last night.. It was rather.. interesting.

samwise420 Who here listens to Pink Floyd? They are one of or mabye the greatest bands ever, no question. I could never find a flaw with them, and I envy any person who has attended a Pink Floyd concert (ie my father) since they must, I mean must have been fantasticly wonderful. So do you listen to Pink Floyd? If not, why not you crazy person you? I listen to it I love to listen to Pink Floyd 3nodding blaugh

You deffinatly do, they cover so many styles, it's so much fun to listen to them, and they suit almost any mood. Dark Side of the Moon is, and always will be, a timeless collection of music.

That performance was absolutely beautiful. I sat extremely close to my TV, got my lighter, and waved it. Pink Floyd is by far, one of the best bands in the world. No matter what those rap ******** say.
