Goldie raised a brow, looking for someone. She grinned then and settled down next to him, closer than protocol dictated, folding her legs so her knee just barely brushed his, "So, you'd rather have something, warm and soft?" She moved so she whispered to two key words into his ear.

Sage smirked and rolled his eyes "Suprisingly, thats not the first time I've heard that"He said looking at her through the corner of his eye. He then looked back up at the clouds, watching the cotten like objects slowly through the sky. A loud growl then sounded from very close by and Sage sighed slightly, a rather large bead of sweat going down the side of his face as the growl sounded again, this time the source more obviouse then before. Sage's stomach then growled one last time, a little louder then before.

She grinned, "Well, I couldn't help myself." A little giggle broke loose and she tilted her head when she heard his stomach, "Singin' my song." She stood and headed back to the Blondes, "You guys got any money on you?" She asked. They produced thirty dollars, "Are you guys going on a date?" Green Eyes asked.

Goldie shrugged, "Just something to eat." She said.

The girls looked excited, "Tell us all about it!" Brown Eyes squealed.

"You got it." She winked at the three, "See you at school tomorrow." She left them and walked back to Sage, "Come on." She jerked her head, finishing her popsicle, "There's this Korean place down the street, it's pretty good."

"Sure, why not"He said as he got up and stood beside her "But I'll pay"He said throwing a small pouch into the air "You'd be suprised how stupid the criminals in this place are"He said smirking as he took a few steps ahead of her and put the pouch back in his pocket "You coming?"He asked with a glance back at her and a sly smirk.

She chuckled and pocketed the money, actually, she'd know exactly how stupid they were, considering they were her main source of income, "I'm the one who invited you, of course I'm coming." She shook her head. The popsicle stick dissovled in her hand and she brushed her fingers together to clean them off as she followed after him, "You know where we're going?" She asked.

"Yeah, I've passed by the place you were talking about a few times"He said smirking "Alot of my.....'funding' comes from the alley behind the place actually"He said as he starred up at the clouds. "Never actually been to the place though"He said glancing over at Goldie. He then smirked again "Guess I forgot to introduce myself, names Sage Dual"

"Goldie." She replied simply. She noticed him watching the sky, "If you keep watching the clouds, you might just loose yourself and fly away with them. At the very least, you'll risk insulting me, girls like it when teh guys they are with look at them, at least occasionally." Her voice was laced with amusement as she said this.

"I'm sure thats true, but I'm far more interested in the cloud patterns, they seem to change whenever he's supposed to be near...."He said wondering off into his own thoughts after that. He then turned his head and looked at her directly "So what exactly are your abilities as a demon anyways?"He asked looking deeply into her eyes

She gave him an elegant shrug and, one side of her lips curled up, "Stick around and maybe you'll find out." She replied. She could see the restaurant up ahead. She wondered who he was looking for but maybe she'd ask him later, wasn't much of her business, anyway.

((I sorry, love. I gotta go to sleep now, I'm supposed to wake up early tomorrow. XP))

((So k, I'm headin off to bed too, I've got a big math test this afternoon xp ))
Sage smirked slightly as he looked at Goldie for a few more seconds and then turned his gaze ahead of him "Well now I'll have to" He said smirking. She was deifnatly a demon that peaked his interest, his curiousity more then anything else. He had a sudden feeling his life was going to get atleast slightly less dull now, but only time would tell for sure.

((I get the rough end of this because I'm in a different timezone. X3 I'll still try to keep up though.))

After ditching the cigarette under the tree, the shadowy figure walked away from the school now shown in the light to be male. His long flowing leather coat fluttered in the light breeze that was blowing by. His dark green eyes glared at the sky above, watching the clouds. "Pfft." Upon reaching the nearby car park, he stopped in his tracks. Dead silence engulfed him as his eyes stayed focused in front of him. He waited as pieces of odd trash blew across the cracked tarmac surrounding him. In this time, he had flicked another cig into his mouth and flipped back the top of his lighter when something jumped him from behind. Within half a second, he became a blur and struck down his attacker with one swift kick to the head. As it landed on the ground, he ploughed his fist through its head, easily shattering the hard concrete. Before it was even seen, the surprise attacker had disintegrated and blown away in the winds. After shaking the excess rubble from his fist, which was unskaved, he stood up straight and tried to light his cigarette. Unfortunately, there was no fluid left in it to light the cig. With a growl he threw the lighter away and rubbed his left thumb and forefinger together, creating sparks and a small flame. He moved it over the cig evenly to light it. He shook his fingers and took in a deep puff and exhaled. With a grim tone in his voice he said, "Poor sport. When will they learn?" After finishing his cig and flicking the butt away, he walked on, trying to stay under as much shade as possible.

((apologies for the length sweatdrop ))

Ronan was making himself comfortable in the classroom, chalking random comics on the blackboard that would make your grandmother blush. He was bored to say the least but some part of him wanted to graduate so he kept himself inside. After covering the entire board, he clapped his hands together a few times to get off the chalk dust. As he did so he heard a large clanking noise coming from one of the other classrooms. Sticking his head out the door he caught sight of a huge beast type thing sticking it’s own head out of a classroom down the hall.

“Now that’s a face for radio…” He muttered to himself and retracted his head back into the safety of the room. It was too late however as the thing had noticed him.

“Shiiiittt…” he muttered. The last thing he needed in his life was to be ripped to sheds by the likes of something as ugly as that. Diving out of the classroom, under the enormous thing’s legs, he pushed himself to his feet and made for the gym. It would follow him naturally, but at least the gym had more space.

Once at half court he watched as the beast tore through the doorway, making it twice as big. It growled hungrily at him. Ronan took of his jacket quickly and tossed it to the side.

“Here kitty kitty kitty…” He sang, flicking out his small but sharp switchblade and trying to keep his own spirits high as part of him wondered what in hell’s name he was doing.

The beast lunged forward and Ronan used it’s momentum against it, jumping high and pushing it backwards with a force not commonly seen in humans. The large creature pummelled into a wall but regained it’s composure quickly and Ronan saw that he’d just sufficed to make it angry. A flurry of dodges and attacks suddenly erupted and he was caught by surprise at how fast this beast could move. He suffered a blow to the chest that knocked him on his a** and all the way to the other side of the gym. Ronan sat for a moment, holding the wound and catching his breath.

“s**t…this was my favorite shirt…no…wait..it was my only shirt you….thing!” He got to his feet, his eyes blazing and charged the creature somehow pulling from within him enough strength to lodge the small blade into the thick crunchy skull of the beast. The thing lashed out a few times, throwing Ronan off of him once again, but then it fell, the floor thundering with the impact. When Ronan opened his eyes, all that was left was his switchblade lying innocently on the three-point arch.

They reached the restaurant and Goldie slipped in first, holding the door for him. Once they were in, a Korean later--at least, Goldie assumed she was Korean--bowed to them and walked them to a table, welcoming them and handing them their menus and asking if they wanted anything to drink.

"I wanted to try some of that...perssimon punch?"

She smiled and nodded then turned to Sage expectantly.

((It's cool. I know more people in different countries than my own. XD))

"So...are you going tell me what I want to know?"
"I-I can't man...they'll cut me up, they'll eat me man. Dey're sickos man!"
"...look where you are and I'll ask you again." The leather clad male was in some kind of warehouse, barely lit besides some flickering ceiling lights. Numerous shipping crates sat around, all with various markers from different countries. He was sitting upon a wooden crate, leaning slightly forward and facing a nervous, twitchy, sweating man hung upside down from the ceiling using some kind of rope. As the intimidating figure stared into the man's petrified eyes, he looked around. Scattered across the floor were pools of blood, leading to the crates where shattered and broken bodies lay all over them. The crimson coating extends above the crates where several bodies have been strung up by their own entrails. All the bodies faces were disfigured, and most of them had what appeared to bite marks embedded in them. The man threw up in his mouth and swallowed it, turning his head back to his captor. The figure had since placed a cigarette in his mouth and lit it, but he never took his gaze away from his captive. "...well?" The man once again swallowed the lump in his throat. "A'ight, a'ight I'll tell ya. It-it was some kids who thought they could bring monsters to their school, but they thought it didn't work. It did, now dey be swarmin' all over dere."
"Then how come its not been reported?"
"I don't know man, somethin' happens to 'em before they can be seen by everybody." The figure paused in between taking a puff from his cig, and holding it in his left hand. A few seconds later, he let out the smoke in the man's face, who coughed uncontrollably. "Ey man watch it, ya know those things'll kill ya..."
"So I've heard." As the figure took another puff, one of the bodies jerked around and growled, leaping with great speed at him. The figure kept his composure, tilting his head to the side as the corpse came in, grabbing its throat with his hand. He tightened his grip as he slammed the body onto the floor to his right, away from the captive. The corpse still growled at him as its eyes were ghostly white and it bore many fangs inside its mouth. The figure released the smoke in his mouth and then flicked the cig butt away. "When I kill you, you stay down...for your own good." With one swift pulse in his arm, he crushed the corpse's neck, severing the head from its body. A second later, the cig butt fit the floor. "...you're gonna let me go, right?" The figure reached into his pocket and pulled out another cigarette, lighting it and smoking it. He resumed his watch of the twitchy man. "Not yet. What can you tell me, about a kid named...Sage?"

((I'm also sorry about the long post...heh... guess I got a little carried away))

Nora sighed as she entered the house, it was dark and the curtains where drawn. She entered the living room and saw her mother sitting cross legged in the middle of a pentacle gazing into a small basin full of holy water. When her mother was gazing into the future she knew something was wrong. Her family was known for their special magics, mostly due to her father. While her mother was a priestess, her father was a skilled magician of sorts. Her father actually traveled alot, doing various tasks, mostly for show. That was how her parents met; but that was besides the point. In his travels he picked up quite a new new tricks, some more powerful then others. What her mother was doing now was simply looking into alternate futures, or half truths. Most of them weren't correct, but they did give clues to what was actually going to happen. Alot like her visions, only...different. Dropping her books down in the kitchen she went back into the living room.
"Trouble?" She asked, curious. Her mom didn't reply, instead she murmured something and waved her off. Nora rolled her eyes and stalked off to find her grandmother who was probably in her room.
Knocking once on the door, she heard a faint reply from inside and entered. It was dark and full of dust, like it always had been.
"Hey Gran." Nora sighed. "What's mom all worked up about.?"
"Trouble." Came her grandmothers strong, but somehow wispy voice. "Demon trouble."
"Demons!" She gasped in surprise. "But there haven't been demon reports here for who knows how long!?!" Nora took a moment to examine her grandmother, she was a sturdy women. Stoutly built and full of will power. She had never been one for physical conflicts, mostly she worked with potions and other things of the sort. Nora had heard stories that her grandmother was quite lethal in her day, but those days were over. Still, her face was full of liveliness and spark and although her long dark hair had turned silver with age, she seemed as if she were 30 years younger then she actually was.
"I know," She replied. "I knew this peace wouldn't last long. One of the reasons I started to teach you since you were only a child. You need to be able to protect yourself and the things you care about." After grinning wisely, she walked over to Nora and handed her a few sheets of neatly cut paper. They had inscriptions on them, symbols from another time.
"But Gran! I can't use these! I'm not a priestess remember?" She was surprised her Gran would even consider her using sutras. Of course she knew how they worked, and she could even make a few of her own, but she wasn't of that status. It was as if she were breaking the priestess rules of conduct, if there were such a thing.
"Nonsense child," her grandmother replied. "You have the blood in you, and heaven knows you have what it takes. Why shouldn't you use them?"
"But Gran...I...I..." she stammered, not knowing what to say.
"Use them wisely, you know what they're for and you know their limitations. I just want my granddaughter to be prepared. There is evil out there...evil that would kill you in a heart beat."
Nora tried to say more but her Gran stopped her.
"Go now, you might as well practice for later. Maybe if you checked out your school perhaps...?" She grinned mischievously and winked at her.
She nodded and turned for the door, she needed to get prepared quickly. As she reached the door she remembered her vision.
"Gran I had a vision and--" She was cut off.
"Later child, go now, there are people at stake. If you don't hurry the demons will get lose and cause more damage."
Nora nodded again and slipped quickly out the door. When she was outside she quickly sprinted to the school as fast as she could. How knew what dangers her grandmother had been talking about. She got to the school quicker then a normal human would have thought possible. Mostly due to her training. When she arrived she heard a crash from inside.
"Oh great..." she murmured sarcastically. "Seems as if the party's started without me."
