Malek quickly snatched the girl from the woman and jumped back with a smirk he walked over to Teil looking down at his friend he layed the young girl next to him then looked back over to the human warriors who were now getting up. " ahh ready for more are you. " he lunges at them in an almost comical mannor.

Teil twitches slightly but was hardly in any shape to really say or do anything. the effects of his illness have passed yet he was still in hard shape due to the rather vicious beating he took from the large man.

Malek skids back towards them holding the Vampire in one arm and his wings outstreatched. " how about we get out of here? ... i'm not genius but i got a feeling they cant fly. " he scoops up the little girl in his other arm and looks towards her for teil. " we gotta hurry before they get up " looking back at the trio whom seam to be all quite stunned for the moment being tossed in a pile on top of each other.

Malek quickly took to the air. " hurry follow me " he begins to fly a bit higher.

with a bit of a grin he glances back " my pleasure ... i need a good fight once in a while to keep the rust off. " he laughs " we'll go to my appartment ... and get rested up then you will be able to return to the palace. " he smiles and continues to fly towards his home.

With her arms wrapped firmly around her, Seraphina trudged down the city streets. Her cloak was pulled firmly around her, hiding her 'uniform' from view of the humans. The sound of her heavy footfalls echoed around her. It was clear from the force of her steps and the scowl upon her face that she wasn't in a good mood.

Malek never ceased to frustrate her. He wouldn't involve himself in the war and now seemed to be taking the side of the enemy. We would be better of with out him she thought savagely, kicking at an empty can that had invaded her path. She couldn't understand why he insisted upon sitting on the fence, and failed to commit himself to a single side or idea.

"I should have just let them kill me" she mummbled, now annoyed that she owed her life to Malek.

Having given the orders, Selene and Rigel had broken off from the other two. Selene was now perched upon the edge of one of the tallest buildings to overlook the street. Although most humans would have found it difficult to tell what was occuring below, Selene had little trouble seeing the details in the faces of the humans that swarmed below.

Casting a glance to the right, she could see Rigel photographing the street below. The images would prove useful for later study, and allow the death dealers to have photographic records of some of the lycans who roamed the city.

Turning her glance back to the street below, she could just make out the image of Nathanial hidden in the shadows on the far side of the street. Were are you, you beasts? she growled to herself, returning to survying the street.

It wasn't long before the trio of lycans arrived at Michael's apartment building. Instructing the others to wait outside Raze went to investigate the building. Taking the stairs two at a time is wasn't long before he arrived at the apartment, only to find it empty. With a annoyed growl, he headed back the way he had come. "He isn't there" Raze barked at the other two as he passed, heading down the path he assumed Michael would have taken. They had taken a slight detour, not having taken the path they had intially decided upon. Trix had suggested taking a quicker route to Michael's apartment block arguing that he would be kept back because of the weather. "Keep an eye out" he added over his shoulder as he continued to trudge through the downpour.

Seraphina had given the rain and furious growl when it had began to fall, but had continued on her angered march. The amount of humans running to and fro had increased, but she paid them little mind, merely moving should they obsure her path. Raising her furrowed brow for a moment, her attention was drawn to a man hidden within the shadows (Marc). As the line of his gaze moved so did hers, and she was able to see two more dark clothed figures. What the hell is going on? she wondered, her brow seeming to furrow further.

From what the celestail knew, the vampire and lycan activity had been minimul as of late. Perhaps though, with the recent activity within the celestial palace, they had failed to notice what was happening right before them. Her angered strides ceased, her attention now focused entirely upon the vampire before her. She wasn't trying to hide herself, but rather fixed the vampire with a rather demanding look.

Seraphina had not intention of causing a ruckus amongst the humans that seemed to swarm around them. Instead she relaxed, leaning her lithe frame upon a street lamp that rose behind her. She smirked at the vampire opposite her, clearly amused by the guard she was raising in him. Although the celestials had had little to do with either the vampires of the lycan's over the past few centuries, she was glad that they atleast seemed to know of the celestial might.

I could ask you the same thing she mouthed back, still smirking. With her current frame of mind, she would have minded a tussle with the vampire, although this was hardly the place.

Oh but it is my concerned she mouthed back, her lips curling into a smirk. If the vampires proved to be on the hunt for humans, it was her job to see that they failed at their task. Even if it wasn't, she still had a duty to protect the humans that could potentially become caught in the crossfire.

Seraphina continued to smirk at the vampire, seeming to sense his growing excitement. Waiting for something or someone? she mouth, fixing him with a stern look.
