Gah! You want to talk about akward, I was called in last night because I was going to replace one of my coworkers who was about to get fired for not showing up for about a week. Anyways, I fill up with gas and just as I'm getting ready to leave, the person I'm about to replace pulls up right beside me! The reason she had to be fired when she did was because that was the only time that she could be contacted, because she never left a point of contact. She asks me what I'm doing, if I'm leaving, and I tell her that I was called in, but not about to replace her.
Damn, that was tense.
