I actually think we cut out of the meetup early last year -for- Eyeshine. XD
And sadly, all I remember of the concert is Johnny kept burping M an' Ms.

I'd be more concerned with people attending the concert, than the Whose Line panel. Unfortunately if I tried to schedule it when absolutely NOTHING is occuring, we'd have to do it at like... 6 a.m. I'll try and make sure it doesn't coincide with any of the major events, but I'm not going to worry as much about the panels.
And I think a lot of people did leave early last year for Eyeshine. Or maybe that was the year before? Last years party was at 10. 10 is also a possibility for this years event....

The meetup could always be from After the cosplay contest to the concert or After the concert to the rave or later.

Chibi Blinks  Last year's party was a blast. But now it 2007, and it's time to plan this years meet up. Let's make this party better than ever! As usual, we want to keep this a family friendly, fun event. Which means no drugs or alcohol. If you're going to smoke, please step away from the crowd. It's only polite. I'll probably add more rules and what not as we get closer to the event. We'll probably do the pizza party again, as well as drinks and other food items. But what can we do to make the party better than ever? Any ideas for games? Or just fun suggestions? All I know is I going to drag my friends and mom with me to the meet-up no matter what, even if it's late I'm gonna be staying at the Ebassy so it's not far away xD

Pretty much any kind of pizza is alright with us, so long as there aren't anchovies on it. As for drinks, we generally bring our own. ^^;

And you're always free to bring your own drinks(no alcohol though!), but there will be drinks available should you require something else. ^___^

It's going to be later in the evening, but the time hasn't been fully decided yet. Either 8 or 10 pm. An earlier morning meet up will probably also occur so people can chip in for pizza and what not. biggrin
