insert sweatdrop here. "silly, i talk to spirits," kiare explained. "i ask them to read the map, they tell me what they see, and we redraw it so we can look and actually step on the land."

"Huh, I can't use spirits. 'Course, never could get the hang of elemental magic either. All I could use was the Six Divine Judgements and those nearly kill me when I use them. But the shadow control is nice. Anyways...back on subject, this might work. Only problem. I don't have the map yet. We're counting our chickens before they've even begun to hatch. Let's get to the tavern and talk over some nice hot food."

kiare turned, her sensetive ears having heard trace come up behind them. she frowned when she saw that he was flustered and out of breath. "trace, what's wrong?"
