OKAY! I think I just decided. =3
I couldn't choose just one. ... So I chose two! xD
Safety pin-Your awesome. Your dedicated, your literate, and your peppy and nice. I like you. xD Welcome to the team.
Akina Asuka-I was the one who invited you, and ever since I did, I think you were n awesome and devoted member. And, I'm sure that your willing to make htis guild a better place. =3
Now for those who weren't chosen... Heres why. (God don't come kill me. D=)
darkdark- I'm sorry, but I don't think that your literate enough in my point of view. ^^''' Your a great person, but I coudln't see you as a mod.
Shallow-Even before those hackings, you weren't the best mod around. I think that we need new blood, not just those who lost their modship to trivial reasons. You never were truly devoted.
aruubato-I have a weird feeling that your going to abuse your powers...

Abuse of power? Hardly. When you interpret the answers, you must seek the story behind the story. While the immediate reaction to my answer should indeed be that "weird feeling" of yours, upon further interpretation, you should also come upon the conclusion that it reveals honesty in my character.
For example, when choosing officers for a school club, I asked this question: "I understand you will be extremely busy next year so it is possible that you may forget some of your duties such as submitting the monthly club portfolio. The following is a hypothetical situation: you just remembered that the portfolio is due - in 10 minutes. You have all the necessary paperwork, but all that you are missing is the teacher's signature and the club president's signature. Given the lack of time, you have 2 options: either forge the signatures and turn in the portfolio on time or simply not turn the portfolio in and let the club take a strike. Upon the third strike the club is disbanded. At moment, the club as no strikes."
Then, if the member said they would let the club take a strike, I would then ask what they would do in the same situation except for the fact that the club is now one strike away from being disbanded, and disbanded clubs cannot reform for a year.
This question tests multiple aspects of the potential officer's character. The first portion of the question tests integrity. If the officer said he or she would forge even when the club could afford to take a strike, that shows a great lack of morals.
The second question, however, tests both pragmatism and integrity. In fact, it is the stricter test of integrity. If the potential officer were to answer that they would let the club be disbanded, not only does it indicate that the potential officer may have an overbearing sense of integrity that is clearly detrimental to the survival of the club, it also casts doubt upon their integrity. Realistically, would someone truly refuse to forge a signature that the teacher would have gladly agreed to give at the cost of their club's survival?
If the potential officer, however, stated that he or she would forge, that not only indicates a sense of pragmatism but also a true sense of honesty. By saying that he or she would forge, the potential officer demonstrates that he must admit that he would do this act even if it does cast doubts upon his character. Furthermore, you also realize that he has at least some concept of morality since he did not say that he would forge at the first chance but only as a last resort.
I humbly ask you [Mochi] to reassess my moderator application upon these grounds.
Thank you and best regards,
Aruubato
Well then at least fill out your form more conscientiously. It was vague and it had a bad reason to become a mod. "I like bossin others around." Do you actually think that it is a valid reason?
I can't get much out of how you'll act or be with those answers. I'm not tsome genius person who can interpret someone just by reading simple 1 to 5 word answers. Refill the mod form. Put more of who you are into it. I'm just working off simple answers.
And for your argument, I'm going through the process right now in helping form a new club. By just judging you from the form, I'm not getting a vibe that you will match what you yourself have stated. Make yourself more clear in the form.
You say that I must seek the story behind the story. Well then. GIVE me the story.
