Aya_Teien Well among the male fans you get many a time "She's so hot" and I think they don't see her place in the story or her developement as a character. She plays big part in Cloud's younger days so I'll give her credit, but I don't personally like her. I've always favored Aerith but that may be because I pity her situation. And playing Crisis Core didn't help that. She is the last ancient and never really realizes until later what her purpose is and the flowerbed in the church she keeps just adds to the more somber moments of FF VII. I'm not saying Tifa is any less of a person, but I like Aerith's quite, sweet demeanor. I do really like Aerith too, at least as much as Tifa. I always thought the flowerbed was kind of a happy thing. It's a pretty, peaceful place in the middle of the big, dark, polluted city. It does have a bit of a somber feel to it, though I can't put my finger on why. Maybe the music? I can't help thinking somehow that you're talking about something else, though. sweatdrop

I liked every single character in the game (maybe not yuffie coz she dam stole mah stuff) but other then that every one's cool biggrin rofl

I did not hate any of them except for perhaps Scarlet. She was irritating and had very little personally in my opinion.
Yuffie's thievery of materia was maddening, but some of her abilities and limit breaks are actually pretty nice to use. I don't have any problem with Tifa, but I never really used her in battle that often either.
Aeris was awesome. She is the most badass summoner/healer you ever have. And I know I must've cried a bit when she died.

yuffies the best no doubt about that
arieth well....i feel really bad for her since she couldnt see zack for a couple of years and then he dies without seeing her one last time
tifa....i HATE her
well some people say thats no reason to hate someone but i hate her because she likes cloud and i personally hate cloud because he couldnt help zack fight the people....i think its horrble how cloud could walk just before zack was gonna die!! anyway yeah so i hate tifa >3<

It's kind of a tie between Aerith and Tifa. Aerith doesn't (in my opinion) actually love Cloud. The only reason she loves him is because he reminds her of Zack. Who happened to be Cloud's best friend. That just really stings at me. Other than that she's a good person at heart. Tifa pisses me off because she doesn't have the courage to tell Cloud she loves him but she does have the courage to beat the crap out of anyone. Plus, in the movie, she keeps pestering Cloud. I understand that it has been 2 years since Aerith's death and maybe 7 since the death of Zack, but she needs to understand that Cloud cherished them and that they were very important in his life. Plus, he kind of blames himself for both their deaths because he couldn't do anything to help. I think she should be more compassionate and sympathetic.

um, for just plain old FF7 i didn't like Elena much, but if we're talking about the whole compilation, it's definitely Rosso the Crimson from Dirge of Cerberus, she was as annoying as hell (and it took me like 10 tries to beat her) My fav. though is probably Tifa, she kicks a**, and I admit i have had a couple romantic fantasies in my head. sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop idk what else to say so here is a picture of a llama making a face dramallama dramallama dramallama

I don't hate any of them. I like them all equally. I don't get why people hate Aerith so much though...I personally liked her and Tifa the same.

I have to say I hated Tifa the most back in the day but now I don't really hate any of them. Not even really sure why I couldn't stand her. Everyone I know loves her though lol. It wasn't until Advent Children came out that I actually liked her. Her fight scene is just too bad a**. Aeris was my fave and I cried when she died. lol yeah that's right cried. I was so mad too though. I just love the bad a** guy that falls for the real innocent happy chick that makes them show some sort of emotion in their facial instead of the tough soulless thing they got goin on all the time haha.
And Yuffie is just awesome . A verry perky,spunky, happy go lucky ninja haha.

Kapwned Tifa, shes over-rated and people can't accept the fact that Cloud loved Aeris. I read a theory on some website or another once that cloud never really love arith but he only thought he did because he thought he was zack. But he really loved Tifa or something they had a bunch of theorys.
