Ethan and Wo'Jula reached the Omaha just as the comlink in Ethan's helmet crackled with Sixtus's voice. Ethan, i contacted the factory on Earth, they have your stuff ready, you just gotta bring the ship in and let them install the parts. Ethan listend as he leaned up against the side of the Omaha and watched all the Marines run towards the end of the dock. Wo'Jula went inside to get the engines warmed up and run the systems to make sure everythign was runnign smoothly. Great, Thanks Sixtus. That's where we'll be heading next The Omaha's engines thrummed to life and sent a shiver down Ethan's spine. and after that?, where will you be headed? I'm not sure yet, but i'll call you when i find out. Seeya Sixtus Good bye, Ethan. And good luck. Ethan pulled his helmet off and continued to watch the Marines running about rifles up, busting through doors, looking for the man Ethan had let slip through his fingers. He had a sudden yearning for the old life, when everything was simple. He shook his head slowly, turned around, and marched up the ramp into the Omaha, slamming the button on the bulkhead behind him, bringing the ramp up to seal the ship. He passed the dogs and entere the cockpit, where Wo'Jula was making the final adjustments for their course to Earth. Are we ready to go? Ethan remained silent as he strapped himself in, listening to the soft hum of the engines, prepared to use the ship's tremendous power to throw them away from the station in the blink of an eye. Yeah, Let's go The Omaha slid away from the docking clamp and blasted away from the station. Five seconds out, Wo'Jula cut in the hyperdrive and the Omaha seemed to blink away as it shot through space at speeds greater than light, headed for Earth. (Next post will be in Earth thread)

Suzie turned and faced the man whom entered the cantina, asking abou twhat happened. She turned away and spoke. "A man, a criminal, worth a hefty five hundred thousand credits. Ryder they call him." She turned to face the man and stood up from the stool. She was, as always, carrying the massive grenade propelling weapon. "He is damn fast, I wouldn't go after him if that's what you're thinkin', damn monster that man. But hell, it's a good challenge, wouldn't be fun without difficulty, eh?" She smiled lightly, then frowned again before walking passed the man and out of the cantina. She inhaled lightly, taking a whiff of the fresh artificial air.

"You better hope they don't- if anyone catches wind of this, ICDS will suffer just like us. So..." Calla waved a hand dismissively, setting the course for Earth and leaving the cargo ship on autopilot. "No more murdering people. Unless they're about to actually hurt me or something." She unplugged with a sigh and got to her feet. "No warps here...we've got some time to kill. Want to play a game?"

Ophelia's eyes lit up like a child and she broke into a wide grin. "Tag!" Her hand had brushed against Calla as she spoke the word, and in an instant the Hakon was off. The pilot laughed and chased her down. "No transforming!"

Grey nodded as the woman spoke. Five hundred thousand credits! He thought for a moment as he watched her leave the cantina. Ryder... yes, he'd heard of the fugitive before. He never, however, thought he'd run into him. He rolled his thin shoulders beneath his cover, and then turned to return to his own ship. This has been a short stop, but one definately well worth the time, he thought to himself as he paced quicklt in the hangar's direction. Indeed, it would be a challenge. This Ryder was incredibly fast, though so was Grey. As he approached his small fighter, he began to strip himself of his things and opened the cockpit, replacing his possessions in the the small compartment. He left the cloak on however, still reluctant to give away his appearance. The craft pulled out slowly and turned around, then shot forward. Grey had no lead and knew not of an exact location to head to, so he decided to go to the nearest place. With a burst of speed, the fighter was gone into hyperspace.

As the little ship finally settled into place Dia pulled on her faverate jeans, and tee and lucky jacket. "You commin' lil buddy?"
I resent that, I'm not "lil". But yes, I will come with you, most everything about Diana earked him, why was Goo still around her anyway? And that name! "Goo". It sounded like some three year olds' nickname for their pet slime mold. Like Gloomond Heremeth Zam Lemneck was that hard to remember. Really. And would it kill her to speak like the educated person he knew she was? Why couldn't carbon basses ever act civilized? However, we will not participate in poker, fights, theft of any kind, or drinking games.
"Awa," Diana moaned. "You're sucha kill joy." The little blob of jam-stuff looked a bit severe, if such a thing is possible. "Fine, fine. Ya win ya lil Gloo."
One should never refer to another by species.
"Fine, wha'ev'r. Can we go now? Or does His Lordship require a trip to th' fishbowl?"
Such unpleasentness is not nessesary, he sounded rather hurt. We can go if you are ready.
"I'm sorry Gloomond, I didn't mean to be mean," she must have ment it, the education level in her speach just went up a knoch. "If you don't want to go, you don't have to..."
It is alright, who else will keep you from getting arrested again?
"Right," Diana opened the hatch and let in the semi-stale station air. "Let's go!"

"So much food, so lil time..." Dia rubbed her abdomen in anticipation of the feast to come and hitching the backpack sized Pocket higher on her shoulder. "Where first?"
Acctually, shouldn't we sell some things first? Diana had put Goo in a jam jar with the lid screwed on tight - just sohe wouldn't fall out - and was holding it under her arm. He felt this was very undignified for a Higher Gloo like himself. You know, so we can pay for whatever you consume?
Diana mumbled something under her breath, then whispered her agreement. "But who here looks lik' they'd wan' moldy ol' books?" In actuallity Diana liked books, just not ones about the boaring history of a planet several light years distant.
They aren't moldy, said the mold-like little thing. And that shop over there looks like it might specialise in such things. Indeed there was a little book shop on the corner, so she headed towards it, pushing her way through the crowd. A little bell rang when she opened the door - a bell, an actual metal bell hanging from the top of the door - she smiled, liking this place already.
"Hello, hello young being," said a tall green man from behind the regester. "How may I help you and your single celled friend, hmm?"
"Actually, we wanted to sell you some books we found on Maguuma," Diana went to the counter and set down the jar of Goo. Then slining the Pocket off her back she rummaged through it untill she found what she was looking for. A box twice the size of the Pocket full to the top with books. "They're in good condition, none of 'em missin' any pages or nothin'."
