Breakfast: Bowl of Go Lean Crunch with milk.
Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee with 20oz water.
Lunch: Velveeta cheese in a tortilla.
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Bowl of salad and two small flat pieces of steak on bread.
Drink: 40oz water and cup of sweetened coffee.

Treat: Small chocolate chip cookie.

Snacks: Apple, 3 bit size snickers, two cookies.
Dinner: Stew with potatoes and meat.

Drink: Large cup of sweetened coffee.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Three slices pizza and salad with carrots and lite ranch.
Drink: 40oz water
Snack: Couple pieces of chocolate.
Dinner: Homemade stew leftovers and two pieces of garlic bread.
Exercise: 30 minute walk to school and work activities.

Estimated calories: 1230 - 100 exercise = 1130.

Breakfast: Slice of bread with sausage gravy.
Drink: Sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Slice of pizza.
Drink: 20oz water.
...junk: 1 cookie, 1 dorrito, a few cashews, handful of easter egg candies and a Take 5 candybar.
Drink: 40oz water.

Estimated Calories: 1300

Today was a huge party at our school to relieve stress from upcoming finals. I wanted to join in but I remembered MODERATION was key. So instead of filling a plate of food, I just picked throughout the event and managed to stay okay. I just wish they had gotten better food for it.

That is why as student ambassador as the school, I am going to set up a spring event where it's all fruits and vegitables and have like face painting and stuff. The school's had their fattening fun, now here comes my veggies! heart I have an appointment to talk to the student director next week were I am going to voice my opinion. I want healthier events, and healthier items added to the vending machines.

Breakfast: French vanilla low fat yogurt with granola.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Monster burger from IHOP. gonk scream
Drink: 50oz water.
Exercise: Walking to and from work.
Dinner: 1 slice of organic pizza.
Snacks: Forrero Rocher (sp?) candy, and chocolate low-fat yogurt ice cream and two handfuls of baked chips xp

Calories: 1655 - 100 exercise = 1555.

All I can say is wow, and an overwhelming urge to hit myself.

Breakfast: Special K cereal with 1/2 cup vitamin D milk and banana.
Drink: Medium cup sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Seseme Chicken at a chinese restaurant.
Drink: 40oz water and tea.
Dinner: Three slices pizza.
Drink: Diet Rockstar Energy Drink.
Exercise: Walked two and from restaurant from home.

Estimated Calories: 1400 - 100 exercise = 1300

Tomorrow I plan on getting very active in the gym to try and make up for this horrible week. crying I can't believe I've sunk myself back into old habits.

The chinese restaurant was sort of a fun thing amoung friends that I haven't seen in a while. We all like anime so we thought chinese would be cool.

The pizza was stupid. I wanted Subway but there was a power outage and my mom said pizza. So I got mine with green peppers and olives. I just can't believe myself. I really am hating myself right now. sad

Breakfast: Left over slice of pizza.
Drink: Cup of mint tea.
Lunch: Couple bits of another pizza and a few baked chips.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: 2 cups chocolate low-fat yogurt ice cream.
Exercise:
1 hour on elliptical with 2 resistance.
1.5 mile walk to store and back
20 minutes on treadmill
10 minutes on stationary bike
20 benchpresses
30 lateral bar press
40 Ab Lounge Crunches.
Dinner: Subway 6" chicken terryaki sandwhich.
Drink: 80oz water.
Snack?: Cabbage with broccoli and bits of meat and 4 mini eclairs.
Drink: Sweetened cup of coffee.

Estimated Calories: 1165 - 830 exercise ( eek ) =335

Today was an active and fun day. I woke up and keeping in mind of all my eating I have done these past few days, I decided that my day would be dedicated to getting out of the house. So I went to workout and got on the elliptical and watched Men in Black. lol Then my sister came and said she was ready to walk to the grocery store so I walked with her. It was such a nice day! heart Then I came back and immediately went BACK to the gym with her and I did some random stuff until the elliptical was open (I love this machine). So yeah, I am proud of today. xp

Breakfast: Nature Valley cinnamon cereal with 3/4 cup 1% milk.
Drink: Large cup of coffee.
Lunch: Pretzels.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: 100 calorie pack of Chex Mix
Drink: 20 oz water.
Dinner: Chinese seseme chicken with 1/2 cup rice.
Drink: 20oz water with Crystal Lite Packet.
Exercise: Lots of box lifting, opening huge boxes, carrying around 10-50 lbs of kits and running around at work.

Estimated Calories: 1256 - 200 exercise = 1056

Breakfast: Bowl of Nature Valley cinnamon cereal with 3/4 cup milk.
Drink: Couple sips of some coffee.
Lunch: 1/2 of a grapefruit
Drink: 40oz water
Snack: 100 calorie Chex Mix while at work, and 1 pack at class.
Drink: 40oz water
Dinner: Salad with carrots and cucumbers. 3 slices of BlackJack pizza.
Exercise: Quite a physical day. Did a lot of box lifting/sorting at work and basic running around.

Estimated Calories: 1240 - 150 exercise = 1090

Breakfast: 1 cup Special K cereal with 1/2 cup 1% milk.
Drink: 15oz water and couple drinks of coffee.
Lunch: Small slice of pizza. Then my sister and I had a picnic: 1/2 a deli sandwich with turkey and cheese (that was originally halved), 1/2 cup potato salad, 1/2 snack size bag of baked chips, and a few snap beans.
Drink: 40oz water and couple drinks of energy drink.
Dinner: Card size piece of chicken, 2 tablespoons rice, and broccoli/califlower mix.
Drink: 20oz water with Crystal Lite packet.
Snack/Craving: 1 cup chocolate frozen yogurt.

Estimated Calories: 1068

Breakfast: Piece of pizza (cold), chili, and 1 peanut cracker.
Drink: two cups of sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Bite of bread with a sliver of chicken, 8 baked chips, and about 10 snap peas.
Drink: 20 oz water.
Dinner: Cabbage stew with potatos.
Drink: 20oz water and 1/2 cup 1% milk.
Snack: Three chocolates.

Drink: Couple sips of coffee and 20oz water.
Lunch: Taco bell. gonk >_> A lot of it too.
Snack: 6 cashews at work, 2 chocolates, small cookie and handful of popcorn.
Drink: 20oz water and cup of coffee.
Exercise: Walking to and from work with pretty heavy purse. lol

Estimated Calories: 1357 - 150 exercise = 1207

Lunch: Two Ferrero Rocher candies, crumbs of some chips, and two hotdogs with wheat bread.
Drink: 10oz water.
Dinner: Cabbage and leek soup.
Drink: 20oz water.

Lunch: Bowl of ramen with chopped leeks. Piece of whole grain bread with a few chunks of cheese.
Drink: Cup of tea with honey, another 20oz water.
Dinner: Bread with sausage gravy.
Drink: 40oz water, 20oz of it with Crystal Lite.
Snack Yogurt with granola.

Exercise:
35 minutes on treadmill on speed 3.0 and random incline.
30 minutes on elliptical with resistance ranging 3-10.
10 bench presses
20 lateral bar pulldowns.

Estimated Calories: 1320 - 464 exercise = 856

Lunch: Tuna sandwhich (Tuna, mayo, pickles) on Sara Lee whole grain wheat bread.
Dinner: Don't remember. I think it was old left over stew, that I couldn't eat too much of. sweatdrop

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical.

Estimated Calories: 1000 - 275 = 725
