Sibet follows, walking into the barn when they get there. He slowly stalks around, carefully placing his paws into the snow, causing little noise.
I can do this, mice are easy. Sibet thinks to himself.
He slowly walks into the barn, stalking quietly. He hears a noise under the snow. He stops in his tracks, listening some more and waiting for the right time. Then he pounces! He quickly digs the snow up and soon has one mouse in his mouth.
After a few moments Sibet walks out of the barn. "I feel so sorry for the poor mice. They are so cute, too bad they make good snacks."
(He catches more mice, just skipping past them.)

Baylyn chuckled.
"Isn't that a shame," she chuckled. Her teeth were bared in a smile that she couldn't keep from showing. Her auds were alert and then she laid them back against her head as she heard a howl in the distance. She wasn't sure if she was just hearing things though.
"Let's head back to town," she said softly. She began walking, her gait slow.

"Sure! Maybe I can meet that girl again!" Sibet dances around his mother in the snow, running ahead of her and around her. He didn't even notice the howl, but also didn't care.

"Did you notice anything about her," Baylyn asked softly. She looked at Sibet curiously. She had a couple of theories about the young girl who her son had met.

"Well, she can run fast, she likes to play pranks, and.. and... and she can..." Sibet starts thinking of at least one other thing she could do. He stops running around her and thinks about this for a while.
"She likes to borrow stuff!" Sibet says the last thing like he was announcing a victory or something.

Baylyn laughed.
"Maybe you should invite her back with us. She seems to have a lot in common with you. I also heard some gossip about her family disappearing and her randomly showing up. Maybe she could use a home."
She grinned down at Sibet.
"There have been other rumors that were whispered. Several people in the bakery claimed to have their things taken by a small fox. It may be her, and it may not. We'll have to find out."

"You sure they weren't talking about me? I am small, though I am a wolf and not a fox." Sibet runs around, not worried about it anymore.
"Maybe we should ask her, if you think she will except us for what we are that is."

Baylyn looked at Sibet.
"Did you notice how fast she ran? How no one except you was able to keep up with her? She's not a human." Baylyn said softly. She was slightly worried about how this was going to go over.

"Some humans can be fast runners. A few almost caught me a few time. Are you sure about this? If she isn't human, is she a vampire then?" Sibet feigns a look of fear, then rolls around in the snow again.

Baylyn laughed as snow hit her maw. She then shoved Sibet over gently with her muzzle, making him summersault in the drifts.
"I'm sure. She doesn't smell human, my cherished one." Baylyn continued laughing as she pushed him.

Sibet tries to land on his feet, and does, but into a huge snowdrift. Snow flops out everywhere. "I did notice her scent. It did smell off for a human, but it was still human like in scent."
(She hangs out with humans, therefor she would smell like them to a large degree. Sibet isn't thinking on these lines, where as you are.)

Baylyn smiled.
"If she didn't at least smell half human, then she wouldn't be able to fit in. She had to adapt for her surroundings, and who knows what she's gone through. We'll have to see if we can't find her after we get the meat." Baylyn stopped for a moment and then nuzzled Sibet, picking him up gently by the scruff of his neck and lifting him to a less snowy path.

"Thanks." Sibet says. As soon as his feet touch the ground again, he bolts off, jumping and bounding through more snow, still following his mother, just more in a circle around her really.

The wolfess watched with amusement as Sibet cavolled around her. Her lips drew back in a canine smile as she continued to walk. Her auds pricked suddenly as she smelled the human town close by. She shifted to her human form, not minding the cold. The breeze felt good upon her exposed skin and she grinned as she thought about how bundled up the humans must be now.
(I was kinda trying to get a post started in town, that's why it was taking so long. I'm tempted to have us just resume the town place..thing...)

(Sure, we can move in there. I was just waiting for your say so.)
Sibet changes his form as well. He is wearing the same jacket and clothing from before he changed last night. (His clothing changes with him.)
He still runs around in the snow, but isn't rolling around in it as much anymore, too cold against his skin.
