I'm assuming you mean in film and literature.
Literature: Edward Cullen, and his family.
Film: Francis Hamilton from The Hamilitons = the most realisitic vampire movie so far, as they seem to be based on real life sanguinarians. (aka, real vampires. atleast the blood drinking kind)
Anime: Anju, Ren, and Karin (and their family)

Book: MINE!! <3<3 heart <3<3 xD I write stories and I have a long-standing, 1000 year story about a vampire and I LOVE every single one of them. . . but as far as published books go:
Tie between Jean-Claude from the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton and Daphne from the Darkwing Chronicles by Savannah Russe.
Movie: Tie between Selene and Michael (he's actually a werepire, but whatever; he's hawtness) from Underworld and Akasha from Queen of the Damned. Also, Claudia from Interview with a Vampire was absolutely adorable and hits a close second place.
Anime: Tie between Jirou Mochizuki and Kotarou Mochizuki from Black Blood Brothers.
Game: I haven't played any games with vampires in them. . . Unless you count Vincent from FF7, but I don't think he's a vamp. . . Then again, I never finished the game, either.

I heart Lestat De Lioncourt...especially from Queen Of The Damned. If you count Vincent Valentine as a vampire then him also.

jeez! Vincent ISNT a vampire!
When Hojo shot him, he used his body in experiments, making him stronger etc.. then later, Lucercia used Vincent in the Chaos and Omega experiments, Also inserting the Protomateria inside him 2 keep it under controll. When he woke up on the operating table, because of Hojo's metamorphose experiments, he could use Chaos to transform into his feral side thus he realised he had the chaos experiment inside him. When he couldnt find Hojo and Lucercia he got angry, and felt it was also his fault that Lucercia died in the Jenova project because he wasnt 'alive' to save her, he then locked himself in the coffin, which then he was locked in again by Hojo. he is NOT a vampire
"In the RPG Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, there is a character in the Dark Brotherhood called Vicente Valtieri. As well as sharing a similar name to Vincent, he is noted in the game as being a vampire. Vincent was mistaken as being a vampire by many gamers who played FFVII (his cloaked attire and the fact that he slept in a coffin added to this image) though this has been proven untrue."

I would like to add that just because someone is immortal (or a character rather) does not mean they are a vampire.
